Do not buy if you might return anything
I would only buy from this company if you are 100% sure you will keep every item. It seems like I am not the only person with this issue. I returned items that were signed for as received by Missfiga on the 29th April. I sent numerous emails that have not been responded to to chase my refund. I resorted to Facebook where I was told on the 1st June my refund has been processed - it definitely hasn’t because I haven’t received a penny. Messaged them on Facebook to chase but apparently their Facebook customer service is down. And again, no response to my emails.
Appalling and disgusting customer service and a totally unacceptable way of treating people.

No refund
Returned an item which was received by them on 28th April. By 28th May no refund. Was told they have now done it and can take up to 10 working days. By 16th June still no refund, emailed again to chase it but. This length of time to receive a refund is totally unacceptable

Highly recommend Missfiga and thankyou to Lauren who helped with my order. My item has a small hole in the sleevel, I sent this back and they exchanged the item and resent it on a next day service. It was rectified quickly and I rate them 5 stars for this.

I wish I could give this company minus stars but I wouldn't be able to do a review this is the worst online company I have ever dealt with Ithey are the Dick Turpin ( highway men ) of a company I am still waiting now over 3 months for a refund over £50 I have repeatedly sent same messages, emails etc and got same response asking for account number, email, what did you buy, send a copy of postage like I'm dealing with an automated robot ,they sent me wrong sizes in the first place in the beginning therefore I returned both the dresses expecting what their policy says of a refund this company should be taken off the website esp now as I have learnt of other customers that are have or going through the same as me

Horrible quality clothes
Horrible quality clothes. Nothing like on the pictures!!!! Fabric is so bad that you get shivers from touching it! And their customer service is even worse!!! Returned the clothes and still haven't received my refund after 14 days! Had to open a case on Paypal! Don't buy from them, they should go bust!

Further to my review below, Missfiga advised they will look into this immediately. 3 days later still no reply to my emails and no refund yet either. What’s going on Missfiga?!
First time I’ve used Missfiga. Never again. Returned item as wrong dress size sent to me. Missfiga signed for my return on 9 May 2022 and confirmed refund being done after I had to chase for confirmation of the refund. Still waiting for a refund to my account over a month later. No replies to emails and no contact number to call. Dreadful customer service.

Customer service is appalling
I ordered 3 dresses at almost £56. Only 2 arrived. I emailed to say that one item was missing and to not send it as I was sending the other dresses back. Received an email telling me they would look out for them. I replied asking if they would credit the third item that had not been sent… no answer. Ignored my 2nd email as well as my 3rd email when I sent the tracking details. I paid for tracked delivery and it was delivered 25th May. I still don’t have an email telling me that they are processing my refund. Shocking! I know we had bank holidays but to completely ignore emails is disgusting.
**EDIT** despite them responding that they have asked for my details and me emailing them AGAIN. Still being ignored. Will be going to the ombudsman

So misfiga have emailed twice...once asking for order number..AGAIN and 2nd time for tracking of return post AGAIN
But once AGAIN they don't reply with to this!!!!!

Do not order from this company!!! I returned my items on 19th May, Royal Mail tracking says they were delivered back to them on 20th May, I sent an email asking if they had received my parcels on 1st June and they replied straight away asking for tracking number which I gave them the same day, still haven’t had a reply even though they managed to reply straight away to my first email! They don’t have a phone number so everything has to be done via email or Facebook - absolutely disgusting service!

UPDATE: they have claimed below that they have contacted me to rectify this. They have not.
If you value honesty and good customer service avoid this company at all costs. As the previous reviews have said, they scam you. I placed a next day delivery order, did not get it on time. So I am entitled to a refund (atleast for my delivery costs). But they have not bothered replying to my emails or Facebook messages.

Appalling
This was my first time ordering from Missfiga and I am appalled at the customer service, or should I say lack of it!
I sent my items back via royal mail signed for as they state in their return policy statement. I even emailed them first to let them know I would be returning the items. They failed to let me know they had recived them, I emailed asking them to confirm they had recived the items as I could see they had been deliverd and signed for.
I recieved an email back asking for the tracking number which I sent, then it went quiet, another email was sent by me to which I was asked to confirm what items I had returned.
Again they went quiet and I sent a few more emails asking for an update which were totaly ignored by the team. They are constanly posting on their social media channels yet they cant/wont answer any straight forward questions. I am a appalled at the lack of customer service. I use many other online stores and have never experienced anything like this.
Yes I have now recived a full refund but to be honest you shouldnt have to jump through hoops to receive it.
I will not be ordering from this company again and wished I had read the reviews before hand.
Missfiga you really should take note of all these negative reviews as they all say the same thing!

Avoid this company! After numerous emails and replies saying my return has been received, I am still awaiting my refund of some £55. The goods were returned on 31 March and finally confirmed receipt of on 11 May. I really like the clothing but the customer service is appalling and I shall not be shopping here again. If my refund is not received forthwith I shall be referring the matter to Trading Standards.
