Silver mystery should change the name to Silver misery!!!! I orderd a skull ring and the pictures were beautiful. It came in this morning and it looks not even close. If you advertise with handcrafted is this an insult. Cheap temu shit.

Placed order 29.03.25 now it’s 08.05.25 still not revived the order. Have reached out so many times customers service is is awful don’t respond to emails in timely manner and when they do it’s one liners. Refuse to take ownership of something I have paid for and not received.

Placed an order on the 12th, not yet recieved it, shipping stated 3-5 working days. Have emailed twice and no response as of yet.

AVOID! Ordered the jewellery bundle box and after emailing several times over two weeks, I finally received it today. What a disappointment. It came in one sheer organza bag and was not packaged as advertised. The gems are half hanging out of the earrings and the cross necklace is not 925 sterling silver as advertised. Cheap tat you can buy from Shein for £2.99 and probably would of come packaged better. I cant even bring myself to give this to my daughter for Christmas now.

Jewellery is cheap.
Sent back as it was cheap looking & too big for me. Over 1 week later I’m still waiting for a refund, sent 3 emails & no reply even tho it has been successfully sent back to them

Really bizarre behaviour, I commented on a social media asking if these are the same items for £10 that another major site is selling for £2? MissDrip Facebook account decided to private message a really strange message to my personal social media account asking me aggressively “what you sayin!!!” Really unprofessional imagine dealing in business with them and having a return or item issue, good luck

3 stars at the moment as I have just emailed them as I've been waiting a few weeks now .

I've just emailed the company so now I am just waiting .
Going to give it a few days and than I will make a claim and update on here if I have received a email from missdrip or my items themselves as they are Manchester based so it shouldn't take weeks to get the items.
Ordered on the 19th of Sept and still waiting

Received my order fine but the jewellery was so cheap feeling and definitely not worth the money, I done everything on the list to be able to send it back to get my refund. I was told to wait 10 days until they had received it to get my refund and that was in AUGUST i still have not heard a single thing back from them even after i have sent numerous emails to the email that was replying to me in the first place, i am due £60 worth of refunds and its not my money it was my mothers as they were supposed to be birthday presents!

I have ordered twice from here now. They are always super quick with shipping, really quick responding, the value for what you get is exceptional!! And the quality? Amazing. I couldn’t recommend this site enough, I’ve nothing bad to say about this company. Honestly my go to ride or die jewellery ❤️❤️
