I wouldn't invest the money again
I waited so long to invest in a rug with miss amara. I bought the Greta indoor outdoor pet rug. It appeared old after a year as balls started to form from the fibre and the stains could not be removed and I hired a professional cleaner to clean. There is no way this is an outdoor rug or pet friendly. I took it to the dump after about 3 years.

Over 3 weeks since ordering and still no rug, with terrible follow-up (AI?) and apparently unable to track delivery...they just keep saying they are monitoring closely however no updates unless I chase continuously. I wrote a review on their website and they have not published it - scam?

Beautiful rug and great quality
Great website and easy to navigate and such a great range of rugs. The rug I purchased was beautiful and great quality. The rug was delivered within two days which was amazing. Highly recommend.

3 months later and no rug
Be warned, if in stock and your correct carpet arrives then all is well. However for me, I placed an order back in July and STILL have not received the rug.
First, they sent a completely different (discounted) rug on sale - perhaps hoping I would not notice?
Then AFTER I returned the incorrect rug, I was told I need to wait for a month for the replacement - that was over 3 months ago.
Then I called the customer service number- not working.
Such a shame!

Company said it would be a 3month wait for our rug AFTER we already ordered. Once the 3 month mark hit and we hadn’t heard anything we reached out again, being promised it would take 1 more month. We waited, again we reached out to them once another month went past. Turns out our rug was never on the way. Terrible communication from them, they never reached out to us.

Children’s Bedroom Refresh
I hesitated on purchasing for weeks and then decided on one for my sons and one for my daughter’s room! They arrived so quickly despite one being a preorder. The quality is fantastic which I was honestly surprised being a first time purchaser. They are the washable range and yet still thick, soft, and feel luxurious to sit, lay, stand on!

Exceptional customer service
I had a few questions about a floor rug and emailed Miss Amara for more info. They responded really quickly, were super helpful, and so kind throughout the whole process.
