Dr.Abir is so compassionate and caring, she goes out of her way to make sure you feel comfortable and aware of what she needs to do, explaining everything to put you at ease. As a nervous patient, having had many bad experiences I am so happy I found her and would not go anywhere else. If you are nervous of dentists I cannot recommend Mismile and Dr. Abir highly enough. Thank you so much.

I am starting with them in Birmingham.There are fees that they do not mention beforehand. Also the availability of appointments slots. I learned only after making the payment that for the final bonding and cleaning they would be separate payments. For the appointments I specifically asked if my appointments could be on weekends to which they confirmed. Only later on I learned that they would assign you to certain dentists that only work weekdays

Caring team, they really put the patient first. I only had 1 initial consultation for Invisalign in Birmingham where I was told my case is a little complex & I should probably see a fixed brace specialist instead. While this wasn’t what I wished to hear, I definitely loved & respected the fact that they don’t put profits before patient care or give false hope! This speaks volumes for their ethics. Also thank you so much to the friendly receptionist who offered me a hot drink, which was also deeply appreciated given I arrived in almost freezing temperatures!

I had an excellent experience at the Birmingham branch. Dr. Ghizali Shaikh provided outstanding care from start to finish. He explained everything clearly and provided fantastic composite bonding treatment on my teeth. I only regret not having the procedure done sooner! The entire team at the practice was exceptional, and their professionalism and friendliness made the process a great experience.

Terrible service and too expensive. I couldn't recommend to anyone.

From start to finish an all round 5* experience

Always late, they charge a huge amount of money for quick services and they always run late.
No matter what service you ask, it's going to be late.

It was my first consultation with A1 Dental and was nervous as I didn’t know what to expect. But So was amazing and put me and ease. He answered all my questions and was so understanding. I am excited to start this journey

We attended Birmingham MySmile for our 6monthly hygienist and checkup appointment.
From walking into their reception, We received a warm welcome and addressed my our names.
In fact the whole team passing through the reception area always seemed to be happy in their work.
Firstly off to see Karen and her assistant for a hygienist scale and polish, although it's far more than just a scale and polish.
Then off to see Oliver and his assistant,where I received a full checkup. Oliver suggested some further treatment was necessary. Not just suggesting treatment but the reasons for the suggestion.
Oliver took time to fully explain my options,without any pressure.

I’m so happy with my new smile! The team were great from start to finish, all my questions were answered in my Invisalign consultation with the treatment coordinator and my dentist made me feel comfortable on each appointment. Would definitely recommend :)

Christina the dental nurse was very helpful and explained the process and details of the Invisalign procedure very clearly and efficiently.

Don't bother with this company, they do not have a clue with what they are doing.

Amazing, I was petrified of dentists when I went in and now I feel more confident about going to dentists

They initially pretend that the price is cheap but you actually end up paying a lot Misleading prices

From the moment I stepped in the building it was a warm reception. I was shown to the waiting room by a lovely lady. I was then called into the room by a gentleman and a lady. They explained everything step by step making my whole experience comfortable. Most definitely recommend A1Dental

All the staff are friendly and attentive at Crowborough Gentle Dental. The detail of the treatment plan and making sure i understood was very thorough. Good communication avenues and follow up to check for any issues or concerns.

False advertisement. For context, my case is the most vanilla case for straightening teeth as it’s just minor crookedness and really small gaps, nothing major at all. “From £28 a month”, bs people don’t fall into their trap, went for the consultation and at the end where the orthodontist gave me the sheet with the 3 payment options (one of them being finance), the lowest one was £80 for 60 months with interest bare in mind. Not £4000 worth for that, absolutely ridiculous. Just lost £100 now for a deposit I’ll never get back as I’m not going forward with that treatment.

My treatment at Mismile has been amazing. I was told by a dentist many years ago that my upper back teeth would not respond well to braces and treatment would cost over £7,000. I was over 70 when I contacted Mismile and, now nearing the end of my treatment with them, the ‘impossible’ back teeth are completely in line my crooked front teeth are also transformed. The team have been amazing, everyone has been professional, friendly and competent, always willing to answer any questions and happy to rearrange appointments when necessary for me. My teeth are better than I expected and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Friendly professional service. Every question answered with clarity and in a way that gives you 100% confidence that they totally know what they are doing. Treatments carried out expertly and with minimum fuss.
