What an awful company. Purchased a van from them April 2022. £10000. A few faults, as can be expected from a second hand vehicle. That's fine. What is NOT fine, is their absolutely stinking attitude. The arrogance of this outfit is unreal, it's hard to believe they are still in business. They believe their 'beliefs' trumps the law, specifically the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which in part, makes clear, that should an item be faulty in the first SIX months it is deemed to have been faulty on purchase and is the responsibility of the seller of those goods to put right.
With this outfit? No chance. First, the pipes feeding the fuel kept coming off, spilling a lot of diesel all over my engine. This took weeks to resolve, costing me a lot of money. They offer a 'two bit' six month warranty from Momentum Warranties (that is another bad story), which turns out to be useless anyway. They left me stranded with a broken down vehicle, and Miskin Van Centre could not care less. There are ongoing issues, which they have zero interest in repairing.
So my next step is to reject the goods under the Consumer Rights Act. Honestly, if you manage to see this review, please believe me when I say, avoid avoid avoid!. One of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Selling faulty vehicles and at high markup prices at that.
