Shocking service

Ordered 2 new bikinis within plenty of time, they still haven't arrived and am am going on holiday tomorrow. No way of contacting this company other than chat, which kept logging me off. Eventually did manage to speak to someone on online chat to be basically told no it hasn't been dispatched, no I don't know when it will be sent, and no I can't cancel your order. So they have my money, and won't cancel even tho the bikinis are completely useless to me now as they're not gonna be here in time for me to take.
And to top it off I've just read on here that I will be charged to return them when they eventually do turn up 😡

Worst online shopping experience ever

I ordered a dress about a month and a half ago and still no sign of it showing up. I contacted them when it was late and instead of telling me where my package is, they refunded me without refunding the shipping fee. That would be fine except I don't have the same card so they can't refund me. I told them that and still no response. First and last time ordering from misguided.

Never again !!!

Purchased a skirt which was delivered late and with misguided they never refund delivery . So I had to pay delivery and returns . I have opted out from their marketing and I'll rather stay with bohoo because they always understand customer service and you are refunded for delivery if order arrives late

No refund

I ordered the cloths and I wanted to return them. So I paid for the return label and shipped back the merchandise.

After the 2nd week of return , I contacted them regarding my return through email and no response.
After 3rd week I contacted them again, no response.
This is my 4th week and still no response.

I used to LOVE AND recommend always, but with recent experience worst I ever had.

I always used to shop on misguided and would have recommended it to anybody but in my recent experience my opinion has changed.
I work awkward hours so I ordered online 2weeks before I needed my delivery. Firstly I was given and incorrect tracking number which I emailed to get sorted but the new number I received also did not track I then waited a few days to see if any updates appeared which didn't happen so I emailed again only to find out it was lost in transit. We reordered my items but much to my surprise the items I had originally ordered had not been sent out. Only one had I again had to email to find out what happened emabd was only then informed it was now out of stock. I was unhappy enough at this point but now I am 2 days from a Christmas party with nothing to wear and the fault is with misguided as they guaranteed next day delivery and it would reach me by the 1st of December, which did not arrive I waited one more dya I hope it was just delayed. With no luck I emailed AGAIN only to find it won't be here until the 7th. I was lied to again and again. I asked for some action to be taken and all I received was an automated apology. They have not even bothered to reply to my message to try sort something or too give me any kind of a proper solution. I would advise nobody to buy for big Christmas events as they could be left in the same situation as I am.

Great!

Made an order on Thursday night for next day delivery, free with spending £60. I was a little worried with reading bad reviews about the delivery service from misguided. However, my orders arrived the next day before 6pm with the delivery company DX informing me of my delivery time via Twitter within minutes of me asking them. Impressed and will continue to shop online here despite the bad reviews.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME-RETURNS ARE TERRIBLE

Their returns system is absolutely terrible!!!!!!!!!!! If you want to return something not only do you not get your money back for the postage you paid for it (there is no free standard delivery option) , you also get £2.50 deducted for the postage fee on top of not getting your postage paid!!! ASOS DO NOT CHARGE FOR RETURNS AND THEY HAVE A FREE DELIVERY OPTION.

DONT BUY!!! STAY AWAY

I bought for the first time from this company thinking it will be good experience but my entire experience has been full of stress. I live in Canada so I knew custom charges will be there but these people declared the value of my package more than double than what it was actually for. And no there were not even any discounts involved.

When i told them, they told me that it's standard charge and can't do anything about it. BUT ITS NOT A STANDARD CHARGE. customs are charged based on value of goods. They simply denied to be responsible for this and didn't even address my actual question of " WHY MY PACKAGE VALUE WAS DECLARES DOUBLE THAN ITS ACTUAL WORTH".

On top of everything, the clothing quality was terrible! All this stress and hassle was worth for nothing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

Ordered early December for Christmas. Misguided confirmed order and took cash yet item not in stock. It was a Christmas present. Ended up with no present and money gone.

Disappointed and disgusted

This is my first and last time ordering from misguided. Absolutely appalled by their lack of communication with themselves and customers. I bought my dress before reading the reviews which was a huge mistake. My dress arrived on time, when I received the dress it was too small from the chest down and rather big from the shoulders and neck line which meant my boobs were on show. The material was tacky and the dress was rather shoddy. I immediately returned the dress the following day on Friday 7th November. I went to the post office and PAID for it to be sent special delivery, I have the receipt as proof. I've emailed misguided three times in which they've fobbed me off with the same email saying they'd send a confirmation email when they receive it at their warehouse! Utter bollocks! I didn't even receive a confirmation email for when my order was to be sent from their warehouse to get to me, what makes you think I'll believe you when you say you'll send a confirmation email to me once you've recieved my returned dress?! Misguided is quick to get your money, on things you've ordered and on post and packaging and when you send it back you have to pay for that too! Really disappointed. What kind of business are you people running?! I want my refund as soon as possible! D'you know how extremely difficult it is to support myself as a full time student in education with no job?! Every penny counts! I will NOT be ordering from you every again. Nor will I recommend you.

PANICKING

I am panicking after seeing a lot of negative comments concerning delivery. I ordered a few stuff on Saturday (08/11/2014) before 2100 and paid extra for Sunday delivery which it said my items will be delivered on Monday which is today. I have only received a confirmation of my order but no dispatch information or tracking references.

I am going on holiday tomorrow and I am in desperate need of my stuff. I have emailed their customer services team but no response.
I am very disappointed. If my items do not arrive today I will never purchase anything for misguided again.

Stressful Headache thanks to the "customer service"

This has been the worst online shopping experience of my life. I returned items over a month ago and they claimed they never received it but today they sent me an e-mail saying they DID receive it and a refund will be processed in 7-14 business days. Then they went back to asking what did I return so they can process a return! Meaning they have no system no order and no competent human being doing their job. The crazy thing is I had ordered a bunch of stuff from misguided and Unnecessary clothing at the same time for my birthday outfit and returned 3 out of the 6 items I bought from misguided back and 1 out of 4 back to unnecessary clothing. Unnecessary clothing isued my refund and the money was in my account in 7 business days from the day I sent it back. Till this day i do NOT have my money, credit or the items from misguided. DO NOT EVER SHOP THERE! THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!!!!

Falsely advertising next day delivery (BE WARNED)

If you could give this company 0 stars then I would!

Bought a dress for my daughters school leaving party and made sure I ordered it on time to receive next day delivery, emailed them on the day just to make sure it was coming on time, they emailed back saying order had been dispatched and would arrive on time with yodel.

I decided to contact yodel just to make sure the information was correct, to be told the order wouldn't arrive until the next day, which is of no use to me as he party was today.

I told yodel to send it straight back to them as I would not be accepting this parcel, I am now going to have to pick my daughter up from school and drag her in to the town to try and find something for the party tonight.

This website falsely advertises they can do next day delivery if you order before 9:30pm this is not the case, please do not get conned like I did.

I am currently waiting on a full refund from this company they did however offer my a 15% discount for the next time I shopped with them, what a thoughtful bunch they are (not).

I will not be shopping with this company ever again, oh and just to let everyone know they don't accept phone calls from customers, I wonder why that is?

Never again.

Extremely disappointed. I ordered a dress for a Galaday on May 30th (Order number: 104928156 ).
I selected: Delivery method: Shipping Option - UK Standard Delivery up to 3 days.
However, it did not arrive until June 5th at 4:16pm. I had two hours previously left to travel home for the event the next day. Therefore, I did not receive the dress in time so ordered a next day delivery from BooHoo (no issues with them).
And now that I go to return the dress I find out it is not in fact free returns but they will take £2.50 from my money to pay for postage! I have gained nothing from this company except a headache and frustration.

Overall, my delivery was late, the courier company sent numerous emails contradicting misguided emails regarding delivery times, the delivery arrived at 4:16pm which is not acceptable and was not stated that this may occur, paying postage to return their mistake. Therefore, I will stick to other online clothing stores in the future.

utter utter rubbish

I have received the item within a week which I consider extremely great considering that it was free shipping. The items were as described and I have no complain! Very good site and I would definitely recommend it!
