Clothes as pictured noithing negative to say great they do free returns

I received my order today and the material of 3/4 of my dresses were so thin and cheap , it felt like something I bought off of SHEIN , and I spent $85. And when I tried to return it , I have to pay $8 to return my items. No one has gotten back to me m.

I received the wrong item, which wasn't great, but I want to point out that customer service was excellent to me, and Simiso was very helpful to sort my issue out.

So I made a review of how horrible everything was for this experience it’s been 4 days now in my city but not with me I am so pissed because I think this company is a bunch of scammers!!!!!! I am already seeing so many people saying they haven’t received their orders either. Then they comment on my first review saying that go to this part of the website so we can help further and it is the same part you go to when looking up by tracking number. I am so pissed right now but Misguided let me tell you something I know a lot of people and I will make sure that alllllllllllllll of them know you are scammers and to not order from your company ever! You just lost lots of customers misguided. I guess the name of the company fits the owners.

I’ve been waiting on my order for almost a month now. I placed a order 5/10 and here it is 6/4 and still no package and it’s says it’s sitting in a warehouse in Jersey been there for almost 2wks now. Never again!! Its a first for everything, this is the first and the last time I ordered from them.

So GLAD this outfit wasn’t for a special event cause I wouldn’t have received it in time.

Fashion nova is better than this app, and that’s horrible to say. I ordered two weeks ago and have yet to receive any type of update on my clothes.

Amazing quality clothes and they didnt take long to arrive either.

Absolutely love this company, quality as always been perfect and true to size , always amazing offers would recommend to anyone and speedy delivery. 🙌🏼 ❤️

I was left short $45 when I sent back items to be refunded.. considering I had to pay $20 to return the items in the first place (unlike other online shops with free returns), I was pretty annoyed that they then didn't refund me the full amount. I went on the the live chat function to try resolve the issue and I got chatting to a lovely lady Amy who helped me and kept me updated while she tried to figure out what happened. Amy was very friendly and prompt and helpful and to be honest... the only reason I didn't submit a formal complaint on the issue.

I have been ordering from missguided for a year now and have always been happy with my purchases. I feel like the clothes are true to size and quality. I have ordered a few pairs of shoes from them too and they fit just right and have gotten tons of compliments on them. The prices are reasonable and there are deals sometimes. I always get an email when my order was shipped and they make tracking easy.

Emailed this company 4 times now in regards to an order I placed and get nothing but an automated response under ref no RE: Missing Order Number, Ref: MG1946956X still no response .. told me my order had been dispatched had confirmation email and spent the best part of 2 days trying to get at click and collect only to then find out from courier this was not actually ever in their possession .. they have took my money and ran and cant even be bothered to respond to my emails in regards to where my parcel is !!!

Jodie was super sweet! She helped me out and checked on my order # because I was worried my dress would not come in time. But I felt like I was talking to a friend. Love their customer service! Super satisfied. Yay :)
