Klarna doesnt ever seem to work as a payment type, its certainly a problem with Miscreants as it wont even allow me to login, oh well their loss not mine.

Can't believe they've not sorted this out, last time this happened what I wanted went out of stock (they lost out on £800 order), must not want my custom I'd go buy something from somewhere else.

Hopeless doesnt even scratch the surface apparently.

I ordered a VERY expensive dress through miscreants London in AUGUST I still have not received this dress, nor any communication from the customer service team. The dress still just says ‘ordered’ on my shop app. Clearly hasn’t even been shipped/made I don’t know.
I’ve contacted them through Instagram and their email. I will be disputing the payment with my bank.

the worst customer service! products fit badly and they claim to not allow returns even though this is illegal according to government law. do not shop with them!

Amazing product, original design, high quality fabric and trims used.

So happy with my order that I brought for Valentines day! The dress makes such a statment look, and the quality of the fabric and feathers feel extremely luxurious and high end.

A forever piece that was worth the money!

Will be buying again!

SCAM

I ordered something weeks ago through Wolf & Badger, and after being told it was delayed I tried reaching out to the brand directly as they apparently handle shipping etc by themselves.

I send five emails in total, which were all ignored, Instagram messages also. They habe turned off their comments on posts, so there is no way of getting the attention of the brand anyhow.

Service is absolutely ridiculous and incredibly bad, and plainly just not exciting.

After reading the other reviews I am 100% sure this brand is a scam and have informed Wolf & Badger to cancel and refund my order immediately.

I ordered a dress via Wolf & Badger that showed in stock. I required this for an event and was excited for it to arrive.

The package was announced as “delayed”. After a week of them trying to contact Miscreants they were eventually told that the item had shipped. I called the following week to get an update. They said Miscreants were not replying and couldn’t update me.

Another week passed, W&B said they were trying urgently to contact the brand but getting no reply. I emailed Miscreants, they ignored it. I sent a DM on instagram, they ignored it.

After 20 days since placing the order (and my event had passed) they told W&B that the materials had got “lost”. Clearly they forgot their own lies as how could they tell them the item sent when they didn’t even have the materials to make the dress to be able to send it!

Their lies created a lot of stress and last min panic buying when I realised it was never coming. I had to pay to return the accessories id bought to compliment the outfit. I would have been quicker buying a dupe from China!

Avoid!! There are plenty of deserving brands out there.

The whole thing reeks of arrogance. Give your money to people who are passionate about what fashion stands for. They couldn’t care less if it’s the dress of your dreams. I feels like it’s someone’s hobby rather than a business. They clearly don’t need the customer.

Service from the company was fine. The QUALITY of the dress was absolutely disgraceful for the price I paid. It was worse than a costume shop dress and honestly the materials felt cheaper than Shien. I hate leaving bad reviews but I just saw a Tik Tok about someone talking about the poor quality of their dress and it reminded me of how upset I was when it arrived. An absolute waste of money I would not recommend spending on these dresses.

Horrendous! Cheap and tacky materials used. I would completely avoid, the dress I ordered looks nothing like the pictures on their website. They also do not refund typical. Over priced and poor quality.

Love the outfit I bought from Miscreants for my birthday! Given I’m only 5ft 3 I was worried about the length of the dress not being too long. I wrote directly to the owner who took the time to walk me through the details of the dress and made me feel immediately comfortable with my purchase! I received so many compliments on the night and will definitely be buying again! Thanks Miscreants for making me feel so special on my birthday night!

I purchased the trench coat and scarf. Really well made and delivered very promptly thank you Miscreants. Every time I have worn it someone compliments it. Best coat I have ever brought 🥰🥰

Absolutely love the dress I ordered from Miscreants, the size is perfect, the quality is amazing and it came within a week. I’ve also had gloves from here before and they also are such good quality.
Would highly recommend this brand and would definitely purchase from them again!

Honestly the worst customer service I've ever received.

Ordered a dress and it took almost 3 months to arrive - whilst I appreciate that everything is made to order, the website does state 5-7 days delay before shipping, not 5-7 weeks! I wouldn't have minded so much but I never got any updates and most of my emails asking what was going on were ignored.

Eventually, I comment on Instagram where numerous other customers had mentioned a similar experience, where I was promptly blocked. When I did finally receive a reply via email, I was told that I have too much time on my hands!!!

Shocking when you've already paid for an item - please note, I was charged at point of purchase rather than at time of shipping like most brands.

The owner (who I assume is the only person that actually works there other than interns) has an incredibly bad attitude towards paying customers and is shockingly rude.

It seems this brand only cares to cater for celebrities (who probably aren't even paying) rather than average folk which just screams classism to me.

There are plenty of other independent designers and small businesses who deserve your money more than miscreants.
