4 bottles of disinfectant missing of my order, and one bottle cap was damaged in my order and soaked inside my box it came in. I looked at it closer and was shocked to see the cap was infact wrapped in electric tape as an attempt to stop it dripping and sending it out like that. I am in shock with the unprofessional service let alone not sending out my full order.

Gave fraudulent despatch details . Ordered bulk kitchen rolls on 29th December , payment left my account same day . Order confirmed same day . Received email confirming despatch on 2nd January . Evri their courier confirmed they would collect parcel again dated 2nd January . 3 days later no update on Evri tracking so contacted Evri who confirmed Misa had not despatched kitchen rolls ! . Have tried contacting Misa regarding their untrue information of despatch on 3 occasions , no response whatsoever . As usual I paid by Paypal so will pursue refund via them as reviews suggest no chance via Misa . Do not use this company , the 26% negative reviews is just the tip of the iceberg with this company . Do not use them .

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Please read the negative reviews, they all have comonalities. We ordered 120 toilet rolls and 24 kitchen rolls from Misabargins. On 27 November, only the kitchen rolls arrived along with a message stating the toilet rolls would be delivered soon. Two weeks later I received a message stating the two parcels were delivered on the 27th November. Dispite having photographic evidence from Evri that shows one small package being delivered and my own CCTV showing one small package being delivered, Misabargins completely dismissed my claim. Not an apology in sight, no investigation. They may well have responded with, 'We don't care!'. Their response, 'Your order was in two parts which shows as delivered'. I have all the evidence to the contrary. I would not trust Misabargins one bit. They need to be looking after their customers, stop offering deals that can't be delivered. 120 toilet rolls are pretty difficult to hide, these are HUGE parcels that are NOT turning up.
Lost a loyal customer!
I’ve been a loyal customer with Misabargains on TikTok, eBay and through their website. On this occasion, they’d given me one tracking number with my order and when I received my parcel, I blamed the courier company for receiving only a quarter of my order. It turns out Misabargains sent my order in three separate parcels and considering I had emailed them about the delay of my order, they didn’t think to let me know of this.
They blamed the courier for not updating their records with the planned delivery dates, but it was obvious that they were the ones sending the orders out in instalments. Their policy states that standard delivery is 3-5 working days and my deliveries were late, therefore I kindly requested some compensation. Especially, when I had to waste three days waiting around for three separate parcels which caused a load of inconvenience. I was responded to by them acting oblivious to my request and just ignored me over and over again.
After many back and forths, I’ve now decided to take their policy and dispute this transaction with my bank especially after witnessing the lack of care or empathy. I will no longer be a customer with Misabargains since customer satisfaction means nothing to them.

Ordered items on the 8th October never received my ordered company promise to look into it as items have got lost had to end up bombarding them with emails and phone calls which they don’t reply to eventually had to go to my bank to claim cashback on the money that I paid them and then nearly a month later I’ve got my refund now only because I contacted my bank and put a dispute into the company for non-items being sent or given a refund when they promise to refund that never happened
Now they email me. Do not buy from this company. Beware you won’t get your items and you’ll have a fight to get your money back disgusting.check out all the comments on this company it’s all negative

I ordered 135 Rolls Panda Cuddle Aloe Vera Soft and a Dove Men Sport 150ml deodorant, but only the toilet paper arrived. I emailed the company about the missing product and was told to check the package. I replied with photos showing that the deodorant was not included, and even the shipping label listed only the toilet paper.
I requested a refund, but after that, nobody responded to my emails anymore.
I will never order from this company again. Luckily, it was just a deodorant that was missing, but this shows a total lack of professionalism and respect for consumer rights.

I considerately contacted misabargains regarding my issue. They have fobbed me off for well over a month regarding a refund due to faulty goods. They have taken no responsibility and I had to pay myself for the return of this item which apparently has gone missing.
All they ever say is that we are passing this to management for scrutiny m.

Over a month on and this company still have not resolved a pretty serious complaint I spend near £100 on many items to arrive in a box clearly that had been dropped, lost half its contents and the rest of my items soaked in a litre of chemical cleaning product. I had to wait ages and it was basically dropped then someone decided to try dry out the items they could find throw it all back in the original box use a whole roll of tape on it and still send it thinking I'd either some how not notice or accept. I've chased and chased and they still are arguing with me. I get accidents happen but any decent company would of informed me my parcel had been badly damaged apologize for delay and send me a brand new delivery. Not go quiet and hope I just give in. Absolutely shocking. Do not buy from this company.

Ordered on September 2nd 2024 received fake tracking numbers of shipments created that don't exist in the system because sender hasn't despatched anything to them yodel+ EVRI page then cannot update as goods never entered their holding facilities for delivery! Repeatedly lied to via email phone never answered! This Criminal enterprise needs to close down immediately through help from a government shutdown after being reported to trading standards by all of you left without any goods delayed for over 30 days repeatedly to save themselves on refunds and intentional ploy by misa corrupt bargains! Do not buy block this site at once to prevent fraudulent activities against others duped into shopping there like us! Same happened twice never received goods! Extremely unhappy will be sharing widely across social media to warn others! Order number #38144 never received despite numerous promises via email only!
