The experience from placing the order to receiving my order was veey pleasant. Your customer service guy Pawan was excellent helping me sort out shipping costs as there was a glitch in the system. He was very well knew his job. And with the products, they are of very good quality and perfectly stitched as per our requirements. Overall veey good experience.

I made an order from the US. The order was DELIVERED(by their chosen courier) TO AN ADDRESS IN INDIA-- of which I received clear notification!! I forwarded screenshots of proof of this delivery. Now 5days have passed without any resolution or offer to remake the order and send immediately. They keep saying "give us 24-48 hrs". No updates have been provided by email, so I have called. I think other companies may PROVIDE SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE with LOST packages.

Placing the order and talking to Umar via chat was very easy and efficient. He helped through the process and answered all my queries before I placed the order

My order arrived dirty with black marks all over. I emailed customer service immediately with pictures within minutes of the delivery. They responded by telling me to wash the item. When I said I’d prefer to not have to do that and I’d like a refund, they stopped responding. I’ve sent 3-4 emails now asking for the refund process and have not had a response. I’m now having to dispute this sale with my bank.

Refund process was not as smooth, but customer representative Saba made sure i face no difficulties in getting refund for a cancelled order.

The customer focus and response. Shwetha worked late at 1am to attend to our needs and had the patience to go over all the measurements and displayed that she knew the art of dress making. I valued her suggestions and am eagerly awaiting the final product.

I have been waiting for my order that was promised a week ago. The function is in 2 days. I have been checking every day and getting the same answer that we are trying.

Altamash has addressed the issue that had been ongoing with Mirraw since 7 April 2026, during which the parcel was unsuccessfully attempted to be re‑delivered to the Mirraw warehouse on three occasions, ultimately resulting in it being held at the Parcel Hub. For 5 months, the matter went around in circles within the Mirraw team without any meaningful progress.

Altamash contacted me promptly in the morning, clearly explained the situation, and took the time to listen to my concerns. He liaised back and forth with his supervisor to determine an appropriate and fair outcome, and most importantly, to ensure the issue was resolved as quickly as possible.

Although the parcel is still being held at the Parcel Hub and is currently in the process of being re‑delivered to the Mirraw warehouse, Altamash immediately issued a refund for both the cost of the item and the international return postage I had paid.

The core issue stemmed from certain team members not taking the matter seriously, which caused me significant upset and stress over the past five months, especially as I was receiving no clear answers and believed the parcel to be lost. In contrast, Altamash handled my concerns with patience, kindness, and exceptional customer service. He reassured me throughout, kept me informed of every communication with Mirraw staff, and demonstrated strong work ethics and professionalism.

His support made me feel calm and gave me confidence that the matter would finally be resolved — which it has. I am sincerely grateful to Altamash for the effort, dedication, and care he put into resolving this issue.

I would strongly recommend contacting Altamash at Mirraw if you require assistance or support with your purchases.

Mirraw is a good platform, especially when supported by staff members like Altamash who uphold high standards of service.

It is never the intention for any staff member to face issues in their job or lose their job; rather, it is essential that situations such as this serve as an opportunity for learning and improvement. It is important for team members to recognise that customers also experience considerable stress when issues remain unresolved. Altamash demonstrated a clear understanding of this and approached the matter with professionalism, empathy, and genuine concern for my wellbeing.
