This is my second pair :) Snicers are very cozy. The only suggestion for improvment is that the shoelace be 2-3 cm longer.

Delivery address changed without problem
I had a problem with the delivery of my order (I wasn't at home) and Miret accepted to send it to my sister-in-law without problem.
However, two things (but I keep my five stars):
- They didn't answer to my mail half the time, so I sent it again the first time, and I worried about my problem before my order was delivered the second time;
- I think DPD is not a good choice of parcel delivery company!
I really love the shoes they sent to me!

The shoes are both the most comfortable – and the most ecological – I have ever worn. It was a pleasant surprise that even the packaging was as green as possible – without tape. Shipping was fast, email updates punctual.

I ordered the wrong size (I was confused with the size guide, should have ordered my usual EU size) and they replaced my sneakers in a week. Great customer service.
2023 update: the shoe are still in excellent condition (I don't jump in mud mind you), they are comfortable, and I would definitely buy them again. I just wish there were some bare-foot models (wider toe box), then they would be perfect.

Very nice experience
I think that they are the only one that produces eco-friendly footware on Balkan. The whole procedure of buying and receiving the footware was nice. I highly recommend them. And the snickers are very cozy.

I really love these shoes
I really love these shoes, they feel right ❤️ I was impressed by the feel of them and also the thoughtful touches of the way they were packed. They smell is very nice and unexpected, they smell like flowers from the fields. Thank you guys for doing a great job!
