Do not buy from this company

Waited weeks for the package to arrive - didn't realize we were ordering from China. USPS scanned it as "delivered" - even though it wasn't. Now MiracleSofa are refusing to refund unless we can provide a "certificate of non-delivery" (which is not a thing). Taking no responsibility for whether or not we got the package, saying it is on us to liaise with USPS to sort it out - and in the mean time they are keeping our $150. Outrageous.

Miracle Sofa buyer beware! No Refunds

Miracle Sofa is a joke, dishonest, false advertisement and not true to their Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee.
I ordered two sets of WATERPROOF Universal Dining Chair Covers. First, I had to send an email asking where were my items because I received an email that they shipped but never received the package. I did get a prompt email stating it was an error and that the items were now shipped. When the seat covers arrived they were squished into one plastic bag and no packing slip. As soon as I opened it I could tell the seat covers were NOT WATERPROOF. The seat covers were knitted and had holes. I immediately contacted the company requesting a refund and a return label so that I could return the POORLY MADE seat covers. The following is the RIDICULOUS PROCESS:
1. I first received an email stating in order to properly assist me I would need to submit a short video showing the issue. I sent the video showing how the water seeped right through the seat cover.
2. Next I received an email they are working on the request with the production department but I would now need to submit a photo of the SKU on the package. I sent a picture of the SKU on the plastic bag used to ship the seat covers
3. Next I received an email to allow them 24-48 hrs. to further check and let me know if any updates
4. After the back and forth of the video and photo...11 days later, I received an email asking if I wanted to arrange for replacements and instead of paying the full cost of the new covers I would pay a 5.00 SHIPPING FEE PER COVER. and I get to keep the garbage they first sent. Of course, I replied this was NOT an acceptable solution and their website states they offer a 30-day money back guarantee
5. The next email was to offer me a 60% refund and I won't have to return the seat covers. They further went to explain in the email that if I were to return the items I would need ship item OVERSEAS AND I WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE for the shipping costs! (NOTE - The seat covers were shipped from NJ!) DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from Miracle sofa. I wish I would have checked this review page before I purchased the seat covers. I am out my FULL purchase amount and have seat covers I would NEVER USE!

EXCELLENT customer service!

When I received my sofa cover, it, unfortunately, did not fit my couch. I emailed the company and not only did I get a prompt and very kind response, but they went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met! I would strongly recommend.

Best Customer Service!!!

Michael was such a great customer service rep. I received an immediate response when I emailed regarding a return. I had indicated some challenges we were facing during these trying/COVID times and his personal reply, concern and understanding was a breath of fresh air. I appreciated the quick response, the personal touch and resolve to my issue. We need more people & Customer Service (as well as Companies) like Michael and Miracle Sofa!!

Number one best

We’ve purchased a sofa cover (actually 2 for an L-shaped couch) and it came as advertised. Fits perfectly, colors are nice, it was easy to put on and it came within a reasonable amount of time. I also enjoy the sales offers, which help with decision making, but there is one thing that makes the most impact; the customer service. From sales people, to those helloing with questions, I’ve had the best experience. My rating would exceed 5 stars if it was possible. If you had any hesitations about purchasing from a company so far away (I’m in Canada), let me calm your fears. Totally good quality, and dependable.

Overall Poor Experience

The fabric was very soft and comfortable. That is the best quality though, as the sizes were much too small to fit a sofa that matched the sizing description. The foam bars provided to keep the fabric between the cushions did not stay between the cushions. And one of the ties for securing the fabric under the couch broke. I would not recommend for any couch with larger than medium sized cushions/padding.

Edit - I did originally contact customer service soon after the purchase and they were willing to offer a partial refund. That partial refund was received on 2/2/2021. I believe the review here is still accurate, fabric is soft but the product does not fit as advertised. Getting a refund was moderately easy, though only partial refund was offered for a product that did not fit.

I ordered the wrong size

I realized after receiving my Miraclesofa cover that I had ordered a size too small. I contacted customer service, explaining my issue, and heard back from John almost immediately. He instructed me on what had to be done and in a day I had a replacement on its way - very easy and hassle free.

I have been looking for a couch cover to fit my one piece L shaped couch. Ashley explained that although they do not offer that type of product right now she would forward the idea along to the production team that and I would be the first to know when such a product is created. She then helped me figure out what I could purchase for my couch in the meantime. She was very honest, cheerful, and helpful. I would not have purchased a couch cover yesterday if I had not spoken with Ashley. Thank you Ashley for your help!

Different size required

Covers were too small, emailed Magic Sofa and Abdullah replied instantly and arranged for the larger sizes to be sent out without any hassle. Would recommend. Cannot fault their Customer Service, definitely 5 star ✴️✴️✴️✴️✴️

Not for shedding pets.

I ordered 3 slipcovers for a new sectional that we had purchased. At first glance it all seemed nice. Within a day my opinion changed. If you have pets that shed these are not the sofa covers for you. We purchased a chum chum brush and not even our Dyson can remove all the hair that sticks to these covers daily. It takes me at least 30 minutes to vacuum them and there is still hair that is hard to remove. Contacted customer service twice and they made suggestions which did not work. One suggestion was to put the covers in the dryer and then proceed to wash and dry as usual. I stated that this was not very efficient for me. As I do not have time to do this on a daily basis. They then offered me 50% off of another set. I asked to have my money back and I was a week past my warranty and they said they could do nothing. Disappointed in this company and its customer service.

We have checked into the request you sent us and our Customer Support agent suggested you use a sticky roller or lint remover if vacuum and using washing machine was is not convenient t for you. Just did a follow up on whether you tried any of these suggestions.

With regards to refunds and returns, we try as much as possible to give our customer enough time to try out our covers. This is why we have a 30 day no questions asked money back guarantee. Unfortunately if you contact us past 30 days we may not be able to refund you but in situations like this we propose to offer our customer 50 % discount offer on any other product we have in our store.

The company is difficult about returns

The company is difficult about returns. They require a picture of the covers on to possibly consider a refund. The fabric is okay, would have kept had I not been attempting to cover odd shaped furniture. Seemed like a fine product, but the hoops you're required to jump through for a return make it not worth the hassle.

Terrible Company

I ordered a chair cover from MiracleSofa and when it arrived I found the color did not work. The packaging did not include a packing slip or return information so I contacted their Customer Service. I was told I would need to send a picture of the cover on the chair and also a copy of the SKU label. I let them know I didn't put the cover on the chair since I wouldn't be using it. Also, there was no SKU label anywhere. Ultimately I was told I could keep the cover or donate it and they would give me 50% off another order. Needless to say I won't be ordering anything from this outfil! The worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

The product is high quality, and when I needed help the customer services reps went above and beyond to get me the help I needed in order to help me with an exchange.
