Inferior product. Horrible sizing. I followed their guide, it still didn’t fit our couch. It is not pet-proof as described — in fact cat hair gets fully woven into the fabric by a cat just walking by it, and there’s already a massive hole where one of our cats scratched. The fabric itself is soft, but it’s pilling in the spots where both my husband and I sit. The ties broke the first time we installed it, and we have to physically turn our very heavy couch on its end in order to get it on, so not exactly convenient and easily cleaned. The customer service I received when I sent in my complaints was superior. But don’t waste your money.

Communication was excellent when I ordered my sofa cover. I wasn’t quite sure if I measured it right but received assistance of what was best size to go to have a proper fitting. Looking forward to delivery of my new sofa cover. Thank you!

Seriously, these are the best covers I have ever purchased. Quality is amazing and when you sit on the couch/ chair they do not bunch up or move around..LOVE LOVE LOVE them!! I highly recommend them!!! Thank you for provinding such a high quality product.

It does its job, protect my so far but so far it likes to unset itself from around the seating. It needs to be constantly tucked in

You get about what you pay for, no crazy surprises. From a fit standpoint, especially with L-shaped sofas, it'd be nice if you could note which section was which measurement, as the universal cuts do not work out all that well. The result is kinda frumpy, but it's better than a plastic cover.

My biggest complaint/annoyance would have to be trying it on the bottom, it's a very cheap solution, which doesn't help tidy up at all, and leads to portions sagging beneath no matter how I adjust the cover.

It's hard to make the cover look uniform as well, so it definitely stands out.

If you're going to order couch cushions is likely look for a more accurate service where you can provide exact measurements and get something that will look good, not be a hassle to install (by yourself especially) and likely be made of more quality materials.

That said the price was fair.

I ordered these to cover a small apartment set of pleather sofas I bought for the smaller space. I order grey... but what FINALLY arrived (shipping from China) were BLUE covers... clearly not anywhere NEAR grey in color... they not match anything in my interior but it was such a hassle to get that I can just imagine the hassle of trying to return them. (the sizes fit the sofa's I ordered them for, 2 seat and 3 seat)

Measurement misguidance on the website. The support is prompt and well-mannered, however the solution worked out to be more expensive. Went to an alternative website, ordered a similar cover for 60% of the price.
From a comparative perspective, there is much to improve.
UPDATE: Email sent to the support team on the 06AUG2021, yet to be responded. I'll update the review once the matter is finalized.

I recently made an error in the size I ordered. Although I was certain I was right, Charlie calmly showed me my error.
I reordered the correct size and was surprised to find an email from Charlie offering a discount on my next purchase. I explained I had already ordered, certainly not expecting any discount on a mistake that I made. But he gave me a refund anyway. It was an unexpected kindness. We all know how customer service has suffered in this COVID environment, often it seems it’s used as an excuse to not do the job. It’s wonderful to know that at Miracle Sofa, customer service is still an important and vital part of doing business. Thanks again, Charlie.

These covers did not fit and I did not realize were as light colored as they were. I measured my couch according to the specific guidelines outlined on the website. I am very unhappy about the amount of money I spent for these covers. I have already taken them off and am searching for something new.

I absolutely LOVE my sofa cover. I really need two but ordered one in case there was any issues. Now I'm sorry I didn't order the other covering at the same time, but I'm on it now and will purchase the second larger one I need. Excellent experience, highly recommend.

The shipping was a bit slower than expected but once my cover arrived I found it easy to put on and it looks really nice. My cats had damaged the leg of my couch to the point that it looked really ugly. I wanted to cover up the frame but leave the large bulky cushions uncovered, so I bought my cover in a coordinating color. I used the size chart and ordered the large for my 3 person sofa with big arms. It took a bit of smoothing and stretching, but I'm really happy with how nice and smooth it looks. The pillow covers make it look really nice and coordinated. The fabric is soft and does not seem to attract lots of lint or cat hair.

The new cover looks very nice and fits our sofa well. The only drawback is that the foam rolls that are supposed to cinch the crack between the seat and back didn't work -- they popped out as soon as we sat on the sofa. I threw them away and used a wire instead.

Edit: I have absolutely answered back to miracle sofa. They are insistent that I install the covers again and take pictures in order to just RETURN the product. I am not asking for a refund without returning it. All I’ve asked for is instructions to RETURN something I bought. And they REFUSE.

I ordered two slip covers by using the sizing guide on the website. They came 3-4 weeks later and with ZERO instructions. After asking a friend to come over and help install, we watched videos on the internet to help install and it did NOT fit nor did it look even close to as advertised. It looked like a trashy sofa cover you get at Walmart. Now I’ve been emailing back and forth for weeks and the REFUSE to give me the information to return and receive a refund unless I install it again and take pictures. It takes two people and I am alone. This company is a joke.

Poor customer service with no resolution offered. I measured my sofa and bought the two cushion option (because I have a two cushion sofa...) and the product that arrived was not nearly the size needed to fit the smaller of my sofas. Had weird seaming too, so not one size fits all. When I asked about a rerun since it didn't fit the arm rest right, I was told no returns "as the cost to restock and ship is against their values". Then I was pointed to a link on return policies that was not previously highlighted during purchase.

Do not buy.

I had a great experience with this company, staff was very helpful. They review my orders made suggestions. I was impressed how quick and professional they were. Great job!!!

Unfortunately the covers did not fit my large armed sofa and love seat. However, customer service was excellent!

Had a great on line chat w Ashley. She’s amazing. Have not received the item yet which is a little disappointing.... a week now... but hope it’s as great as she is !

I've been trying to reach them for a whole week and all my emails have all been ignored. no response.
I've now asked for a refund and a confirmation when done.
I hope I get some feedback.
It doesn't look promising, I wouldn't take the chance to deal with them again.
