Absolutely awful experience and still no refund although both dresses were returned on 9.9.25. Now email address is not recognised and bounces back. Dresses didn’t look anything like photos and were awful. Paid to return them after a battle with them offering me minimal refund to keep them. Now feel I’ve no chance of getting £74 back - lesson learnt do not buy from ads on FB 😡

I don't think there is much chance of getting a refund now, as the email address is coming up as not found! Also the facebook page seems to be deleted as well.

Completely taken in by the fake advertising of it being UK based. Ordered two dresses, both are of very cheap and inferior fabric and poorly made. Like most of the other reviews, I attempted to return them, but they just kept offering more discount to keep them. They discouraged sending the package back because of customs - clearly a scam. Just cut my losses in the end and donated the dresses to charity. Please learn by my mistake and don’t order from them.

They pretend they are based in UK but they are in China.
Ordered from them in July, tried to return it immediately as the quality was terrible. They made it really difficult to return. It cost me £12.90 to send it back to China and now in December I have had no refund

Awful please dont use this company! Awful products and they wont give a refund. Terrible service.

TOTALLY MISLEADING WEBSITE - DO NOT BUY
Not a lovely family based London company as advertised. The clothing quality is awful, nothing at all like the lovely website pictures. I had 4 dressed delivered and thats when I realised I had made an expensive mistake. They came from China and were dreadful. I contacted the company and they offered me discounts to keep them. Why would I?? I sent them back at a cost of over £30 to china and they have sat in China customs since!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS.

Very poor quality clothes and impossible to return. Return is to China. Offered a 30% return and at own cost. Not worth the hassle. Would of sent another item free. No thanks. Will never use again and write off as a learning experience. Basically a clothes scam.

These garments are definitely not as advertised. The quality of the material is extremely poor, the site states you can return within 14 days , be warned this is a lie. I have written several emails for a return but have not received any correspondence. I have now spoke to my bank. This site was on a well known tv programme only this wk stating it’s a scam - so Please be aware. Save your money !!!

Clothes took ages to arrive. Poor quality. No labels. Sizing all over place I ordered 4 x size 14. I'd say 1 is an 18, 1 a 12 and 2 sort of fit. The returns are very costly to China. I should have researched this better. Their office staff were helpful via email but I certainly would not recommend or use again

Avoid this company! They state that they are a UK based mother and daughter company- this is NOT true. The items come from China and delivery is a long wait!

The item itself is very poor quality and not as advertised.I could look better wearing a bin bag!

Now to try and get a refund, although like others have said I will probably have more luck trying a charge back through my bank.

Do not order from this company. They lead you believe it’s a British company with their own collection but they are not. I ordered a dress which took two weeks to arrive. It was nice but too big. Asked to swap for smaller only to be told it was out of stock even though it was showing stock available. Offered me 20% refund to keep dress rather than return. I opted to return only to find it was to go back to china and it was more than half the value to return. Had to keep this dress. Waste of money. Do not be taken in by them. Chinese goods of poor quality. Stick to British shops/companies. At least you know what you are getting.
