From Doubt to Delight – A Seamless Repair Journey with miphone.dk
The front screen of my Samsung Z Fold 3 stopped working about a year ago. Fortunately, the internal foldable display was still functional, so I continued using the device. I wasn’t sure whether the issue was due to screen damage or a deeper hardware fault. Since the phone was out of warranty, I was hesitant—torn between investing in a new phone or getting it repaired.
The authorized Samsung repair center quoted 2,500 DKK for a screen replacement, which felt quite expensive. Out of curiosity, I decided to visit miphone.dk in Herlev, as it’s conveniently located on my way to work.

Kein, who assisted me, was extremely welcoming and honest. After inspecting the phone, he quickly confirmed that the issue was limited to screen damage, with no hardware problems. He even checked his inventory for a suitable spare screen that might lower the cost, but unfortunately, the one he found had already been used. On my request, he ordered a new replacement screen, and the total cost was a much more reasonable 1,699 DKK.
Just two days later, he called me when the part arrived. The actual replacement took only 15–20 minutes—a testament to his skill and professionalism. My phone now looks and functions like new again, and I feel confident it will continue serving me well for the foreseeable future.
