Total desaster animalprint shoes!!!!I bought some animal print shoes.I was…

I bought some animal print shoes,(the name is Desierto shoes) .I was very dissapointed when I so that the animal print is in different directions on each shoes.I can post a photo,is a total disaster,I'll go in the forest to walk my dog,no way in public.

We regret you never contacted us before. You bought these shoes in october 2023, and never announced or asked us about a problem. Your review was the first we heart from you after half a year. And also after having written a personal message to you last week, there was no response from your end.
In case there would have been a problem, I am sure we would have found a solution. In case of a fault, we, of course offer a free exchange or a return, or in case of a minor fault, a discount.
On top, we really do not know what you mean. The little parts of the animal print are just placed random, and there isn’t a real upper or lower side.
So please feel free to contact us, even after 6 months we only want to have happy customers!

Good shoes and good customer support

Lovely brand! I own several pairs and have good experience with the shoes as well as the customer support.
Recently one of my pairs appeared to have a defect in them after a few months of wearing. After contacting customer support, I received a new pair because it was covered by the warranty. The customer support replied within two days.

I am super satisfied with Mipacha

I am super satisfied with Mipacha. The shoes were shipped fast, nicely packaged and they look exactly like shown on the website.
They offer a scale with their shoe sizes, so you can measure your feet and order the right size for you. In my case it was my usual size and they fit perfectly and are very comfortable indeed.
As I am planning on keeping my shoes I cannot say anything about their return policy.

Poor quality shoes

Poor quality shoes, I don‘t see the shark on it.
The Shark is clompletely grey on a grey shoe.
This is not for the oceans, this is more trash. :(
I will donate them, to a good cause.

MIPACHA - AVOID!!!

I backed a project for MIPACHA in September/October 2020. They have pushed out the delivery date so many times (and most times they didn’t even have the guts to email/notify me). I rec’d a product I ordered 6 months later that was a gift and no longer needed, not great and wasn’t happy with the quality. Mipacha customer service is as useful as a tiny umbrella in a massive storm!!

I have returned the product (even disclosed a return note). Had a few back and forth emails and in their last email they just basically said that i backed up this project and there is NO REFUND! (Interestingly, it was not shown when I backed up the project eh.. clearly needed the money)
!!!Absolutely outrageous! Fuming! 100% that I won’t back-up anything in the future and I will definitely avoid Mipacha! (Rude and rubbish customer service!) Avoid them, guys! Lost over €100 as I also had to pay for return. You can find way better quality & priced shoes/clothing etc.
