I ordered online from this store 2 pairs of Brooks shoes in June 2025.
The process of the order was good, I got updates every step of the way, and the shoes were at my place after a few days. So far so good.

The problem started when I found out that one of the pairs was torn in the side of each shoe *after one road run of 10km*! I therefore wrote them via WhatsApp and asked to replace that pair, attaching some pictures. They replied shortly afterwards, wanted more pictures which I sent, and afterwards they wrote me that they sent the pictures to Brooks and were waiting for their answer.

The next day they wrote me as follows (quote): "We reviewed the photos and also consulted the manufacturer: the damage is not due to a manufacturing defect but appears to be caused by abnormal wear, likely from friction or improper use. For this reason, we’re unable to offer a warranty replacement".

This answer was simply preposterous to me: I have been running for more than 25 years, and for the last 15 years with Brooks, and never something like this (or close to this) has happened to me. I therefore wrote them again in WhatsApp. They hinted that the problem was not of the shoes, but of rubbing between my feet, and that the final decision is of Brooks, whose answer will be sent to me via E-mail. I wrote them back, but there were no more answers in WhatsApp. After two weeks of silence, I sent them a reminder in WhatsApp. A few days afterwards, I got an E-mail from Mio Mio (Lorenzo) saying they didn't get any further details from Brooks, that their Brooks representative (a woman called Ylenia) is copied to the message, and that she will reply.

Well, she never replied, nor did they. Just left me in the air. I considered taking legal action, but before that I approached Brooks EMEA directly about two weeks ago. I described my problem, and exactly 3 days afterwards they replied that they will be happy to arrange a replacement to be sent to me. And indeed replacement shoes were sent, everything free of charge of course, and with an apology about the experience I had.

My conclusion is therefore, that while this store might have good prices and efficient delivery, if you will have a problem with the products they sold - you are on your own. They will not help you, nor make any effort to help you. I mean, if I could easily resolve this with Brooks myself, how can they - a store that buys Brooks shoes commercially and even have a designated contact person from Brooks - not have done it?
They did not take any responsibility here, eventually threw me to their Brooks representative - and did not even bother to follow-up whether she answers or not. I don't think this is a way to treat clients, and I do expect a store to help me when there are problems. In this context they failed big time, and I will surely not order from them again.

I should have probably read the reviews in Google before I bought there, as I saw a few other reviews, relatively recent, describing problems with orders. These reviews were mostly answered by blaming the client. I hope in my case they will try to learn and improve from this review, and not blame me.

The reason for 2 stars and not 1 is because of the efficient order and delivery process.
