I had an issue with Royal mail delivery of my item from Mint Velvet. Rebekka from the Customer Care Dept, helped with my query very quickly and efficiently. She was very helpful and my order was delivered to me the following day. I have shopped at Mint Velvet for a number of years and found the quality of the clothing excellent.

Had a brilliant afternoon being styled by Kirsty in Mint Velvet Buchanan Street. She suggested some outfits that I wouldn’t normally have considered & I was very pleasantly surprised when I tried them on. Thrilled with my purchases which have been much admired! Kirsty has a super sense of style and provided excellent advice. The whole personal shopping experience was great fun. I’d thoroughly recommend Mint Velvet’s personal styling service.

I ordered 2 jumpers to choose from on 20/10/25. A jumper and a pair of trousers arrived(?) Both sent back the same day. I’m still waiting for my refund today 4/11/25.
Interestingly, I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from fitflop at the same time - returned one pair and had refund within 48hrs. So it’s possible. MV hang onto the money to make money… better in their account than yours. Terrible service on top of getting the order hopelessly wrong. They are supposed to be a premium brand! “Relaxed glamour”🤪

Lovely quality leather boots but the smallest sizing! I have slim feet but only just squeezed my feet into the Noa boot, couldn’t walk in them, so uncomfortable I had to return. Parcel took 1 week to reach them via inpost. It then takes a further 10 working days to be refunded, so 3 weeks in total which is ridiculously slow, I’m still waiting!

This review is based on my experience at the Mint Velvet store in Reigate. It’s not a shop I usually purchase from, but I recently ordered something from their limited collection online and went into the store to exchange a size and return an item. Jayne and Louise could not have been more helpful they went above and beyond and made me feel so special.

I was quite stressed about finding the right outfit for a very special event and hadn’t been having much luck elsewhere. They took so much time to help me, gave me lots of options, checked stock and ordered the sizes I needed.

I was impressed with the quality of the pieces and felt that it was a good price point.

I left the store feeling very happy and relieved. It is becoming increasingly rare to find that level of personal service, and I will definitely be going back again.

I have been buying from Mint Velvet for a number of years, I love the quality of their clothes and find their customer service first class. For me, a very important point is if you call them you actually get to speak to someone and if you have a problem it gets resolved swiftly and without any drama. If you email them, they get right back to you, if you online chat - they are there.
This is a more premium brand clothing store and you get premium quality and service without doubt. All staff are friendly, clothes are great, well packaged, fast delivery and as a customer it feels nice to be appreciated and valued.

It is now 15 days since I ordered my item and nothing has arrived. MV have not answered my emails. It appears to be a problem with Evri, however if a company chooses to use such an unreliable courier there will inevitably be issues.
I’m very disappointed.

Fantastic company to buy from had lots of clothes from them any problems they sort it and once they get your returns your refund is back in your back with in 5 day brilliant company

Not enough Stars on here to do justice for my Personal Shopping experience in Aberdeen Store yesterday. Molly the stylist was exceptional. She had prepared a selection of items for me in advance and took so much care and attention to get these just right. Having tried on a few items, she quickly became familiar with what styles, fit and colours suited me best. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, however I was so pleased with the final selection that I did buy. I left the store on cloud nine. By far the best store experience I have ever had. Thank you Molly for making me feel so much better about myself. You will never know how much you have lifted my spirits.

I returned a pair of shoes via Evri and received confirmation from Mint Velvet on 04/10/2025, that the parcel was on it’s way back to their warehouse. After a couple of weeks, I had not received my refund, so I contacted Customer Services. I received a reply from Jodie a couple of days later advising that the parcel had not yet been received at their warehouse. She apologised that I had waited so long and confirmed that she would process my refund and investigate what had happened to the parcel. I was very pleased that I could receive my refund and not be made to wait until their investigation was complete. I was very satisfied with the response of Jodie and Mint Velvet. Gives me confidence to order again from them. Great Customer Service!

Purchased a dress for a wedding from the Gunwharf store. I was unsure whether it was quite right so made a point of asking the staff what the returns policy was. Was confidently told that i could return it to any store so went for it and purchased it.

I didn’t end up wearing it, kept it beautifully wrapped up, had my receipt. Took it to the Wincherster store for a refund, for a very unapologetic member of staff to smugly tell me that you can only return Gunwharf purchases to Gunwharf!

Absolute farce. Didnt even try to help. You are the same shop-how ridiculous!

Poor customer service. Will not purchase from this store again. I would advise you steer clear of buying unless you are absolutely certain you want to keep your purchase. They are not at all flexible with returns.

Had a wonderful Personal Styling appointment with Julie at the Aberdeen store this week. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. Julie was so easy to chat to and knowledgeable about Mint Velvet products and helped me to identify a different look for myself. I was very much in need of some inspiration and Julie provided that exceptionally well. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase and I was able to try a number of different looks and colours and was able to order a couple of pieces not available un my size in store - these arrived very quickly. All in all I would absolutely recommend this experience and will definitely do it again

I feel part of the MV family again. The business that listens and values it's customers.

Please pass my thanks on to the staff at the Bishop's Stortford store where I visited for a personal styling appointment. MV really have got this service right from the initial contact to discuss my preferences and style to the actual appointment. It was lovely to walk in and have clothes selected for me, (coffee provided) and the time the staff then spent with me was invaluable. I came out with some fabulous outfits (loving my first pair of barrel jeans) so looking forward to wearing all the items. This was my first personal styling session and I would definitely recommend this. I will also be back to this store.

When I asked the two young ladies at the desk for help choosing an outfit for a wedding abroad I was amazed at how kind they were and how helpful. Emma particularly went to a great deal of trouble to find suitable outfits for me and I was delighted with all I got. I could never have managed so well without her. She made the experience so pleasant and fun. Thank you.

Wanted to order boots which were not available online,from a store. Manchester St Anne's Sq didn't have them but gave me a list of stores which did. I phoned Morpeth store whose staff could not have been more helpful. Hats off to them for great customer service.
