Philip the GOAT. I received customer support when looking to make a purchase and an agent called Philip (cat profile pic) gave some good advice when I was looking. Made me feel supported which made up my mind about going ahead with getting a server. Great Customer Service.

I heard about MintServers from my friend. I checked out their website and the plans looks pretty good. Not too expensive budget friendly. I had some qustions before ordering so i ended up opening a ticket. I got Philip as support who did a professional job answering all the questions and mentioning me things i needed to know before buying a server. Explained which would be a good plan for me,estimated ping for players and he was fast and professional with the answers.

Been using MintServers for about a week now and can already say this is the best Server Hoster I have used so far. The price seems fair and the performance good but the the thing that impressed me the most was the support they provide. It is not only fast but also really good. All my issius were fixed in no time!

I have Unlimited Ultra and have a modded 5.10.16 deceased craft Server with 20~ people. We haven't experienced any lag or similiar problems yet.

Went through about 4 different server providers before I saw a video talking about MintServers

At first I had problems loading into the game, but it was user error, and the support staff immediately resolved the issue, and also assisted with further mod suggestions to make everything run better!

I run a fairly large MC Server and have needed help solving various issues. Philip and Chris have both been very professional and helpful. One example is I needed to integrate python into my MC Server they helped to determine whether that was possible and provided the path to the python launcher so my server can continue to flourish.

Mintservers is excellent. Their bang for buck is second to none, their interface is great, and their support is the best I've experienced (shoutout to Jamie!). Highly recommend.

I had Kenneth G. As my support staff member. He replied really quick and helped me install certain mods for my minecraft server to load a lot faster. Good guy knows his stuff
