Trip Ruined Due to unprofessional and poor service
We had a very disappointing experience with this travel booking agency. The car provided to us was in poor and faulty condition, and during the trip it broke down / got damaged, clearly due to existing issues in the vehicle.
What was more frustrating was the complete lack of support from the agency. When we contacted them for help, they refused to take responsibility and denied providing any assistance. We were left stranded and had to manage the situation on our own.
Instead of helping their customers during a genuine problem, the agency chose to argue with us and avoid accountability. This caused unnecessary stress and ruined a major part of our trip.
A travel agency is expected to ensure safe vehicles and customer support during emergencies, but unfortunately this agency failed on both counts. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking with them.
