Took my dog to Minster vets yesterday…
Took my dog to Minster vets yesterday for his due claws &nails clipped . Half an hour after my appointment time I was given a different vet to do his nails . All she did was cut 4due claws the rest of his nails didnt need doing , the process took all of 5min . I went to pay and was told it would be £32 I said what for she only did 4due claws arrogant receptionist said well that’s what it costs . I of course paid but informed her that it would be the last time that Minster vets would rob me , I would be doing them myself from now on . I will never use them again it’s a disgrace charging that amount for 4 due claws I’m a pensioner age 73and it’s my responsibility to try and keep my dog in tip top condition , I’m afraid I won’t be able to at that price . I’m struggling financially as it is .
