Ordered the dual zip hoodie for a Christmas present and it had a big hole in the arm. The company then offered a 30% refund for me to keep the cardi and I presume sew it myself. The customer service has been very poor. I am still waiting on the returns label

Appalling delivery, not despatched same working day as advertised (but several days later) and despite paying expedited delivery and ordering before the Christmas deadline this company have made no attempt to even try!

I bought the Evie cardigan and wear it at every opportunity! It’s so warm and stylish. I’m just about to buy the new Cara jumper. Love this brand’s style. Really recommend. I’d advise pairing with a long-sleeve though as the alpaca wool can be a little bit itchy.
