Poor quality and worse customer service

Very expensive, poor quality and even worse customer service - I was spoken to very rudely by Marshia.
I live in the UK and it took nearly 2 months to arrive. I was hoping it would arrive before Christmas but it didn't and so I didn't have a present to give my friend. It was embarrassing and looked like I had forgotten!
I will never buy jewellery from here again and I have told many friends to avoid the brand.
28/02/23 - I think Marshia’s reply confirms everything in my original email! Purchase from this company at your peril!

Dear Philippa,

I hope you feel good about sending this review and telling everyone about your experience. As you obviously understand, it is not about the fact that you emailed us twice, but about the fact that you summoned us twice to refund £200 due to customs costs that have unfortunately been levied since Brexit. That is unfornate, but yet something that a UK resident should take into account when ordering outside the UK. As indicated to you in my perfectly reasonable email, we take full responsibility for the delay in our production. We aim for absolute quality and unfortunately a first casting was rejected. We are very sorry about that, as stated. After we sent it, the package had been stuck at customs for a while. That is something we can do nothing about. The quality of our jewellery is excellent and so is my fantastic team. Unfortunately, sometimes customers pass by where a limit must be set, even if this is countered by a blackmailing bad review where you not only question my e-mail which is fair enough but also the quality of my Jewellery and staff. Honesty is the best policy hence my response to your review. I wish you well and hope you find other brands outside the UK that do meet your financial and communicational expectations.

Sincerely,
Marshia - Minitials
