If I could put minus 100 I would. I paid £24.99 for a unicorn dress that looked lovely on the site, but when it arrived it was disappointing to say the least, it looked similar to the picture but there wasn't enough netting as the picture, the stitching was horrendous and it looked like it had already been worn as the neckline was a light grey colour, they said they would give me a refund if I sent it back which would cost me £15 to send back and they wouldn't pay the postage even though the dress wasn't as the online picture. I paid by PayPal, so I did a complaint and PayPal has gone in their favour saying it is similar to the picture, so I'm appealing against it. Please do not but from this cheap crap company. They have obviously generated a very good picture of their dresses to fool you and not being done for misguiding you.

It's a scammer 1 month wait my order and suddenly sent me a email that they forgot to send the order....And i am still waiting to refund my money.

The dress on the site was NOT what was delivered! The quality was so poor it looked so cheap. The one on the site was embordered and well made, certainly NOTHING like what I received. Then they didn't ship it for 3 weeks trying to get away with it as per their return policy "you can only get refunded 30 FROM PURCHASE!" So they ensure once you recieve whatever garbage they sent you from china, you will then not be allowed a refund. DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THE STRESS!

Hard to find dresses that are both stylish and affordable — Minitaylor does it right. My order arrived looking like a boutique item!

No surprises — the product matched the website photos exactly, which is rare these days. Super happy with how it turned out!

Bought 2 dresses for my daughter. They are terrible to say the least, hardly resemble the photos. They want to charge me to send back to China for a refund. Im disputing through PayPal. These people are a scam.

Update: I was able to send PayPal photos of the dresses from their website vs what Minitaylor sent me, and PayPal forced a full refund. I highly recommend you dispute as well if you happen to buy from them. This company is a scam and needs to be shut down.

I had a hard time finding a pretty yet affordable dress until I found this site. The dress arrived quickly and looked just like the photo. Great first experience!

Shopping on Minitaylor was smooth and easy. The sizing guide helped a lot, and the final product was perfect. Beautiful, well-made, and my daughter loved it.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company. The product you receive will look NOTHING like the picture on the website. What I received was a dingy awful product which took almost a month to receive. In addition you have to send back to china for a refund. It's a JOKE.

It's Shein level. It shows Embroidery but gives you printed one after almost one month delivery from China.
I blamed myself as it's obviously too good to be true, but you can learn from my lesson.

Absolutely Disgusted and Heartbroken

I am beyond disgusted with Mini Taylor. We ordered *three* dresses for Easter **a full month in advance** and received them **the day after Easter**, completely defeating the purpose. The dresses were made of material that feels like **cheap plastic**, with loose threads and poor-quality sewing all around. But what truly breaks my heart is the reason we placed this order in the first place.

My husband, who is battling **stage four cancer**, wanted to do something special for our daughter and nieces this Easter. He used his limited energy and resources to surprise them with these dresses—spending **over $80**—and was devastated when the dresses not only arrived late but were unwearable. When we reached out for a refund and return, the company **flat-out refused**.

Their lack of compassion and customer service is appalling. I urge anyone reading this: **do not order from Mini Taylor**.

OK so this is a balanced review. Having foolishly ordered prior to reading the reviews I thought I was either going to receive a total piece of garbage or nothing at all. I ordered the bunny tulle dress and unicorn appliqué tulle dress. They took a long time to arrive, around a month. It's correct that the website image is not representative of the item itself. The top part i.e. the bunny, is embroidered. The bottom part, the skirt, is just printed. OK so they're wearable. I'll see how they wash. They are on the small side and aren't full like the photo, but a lot of websites do that. Not entirely awful, but not worth what I paid. Probably worth about a tenner at best. My girls like them, but they don’t know what they're on about. 1 star because the image on the website is misleading.

The order that I received was nothing like that shown on their website. The website image showed a highly detailed and embroidered design while the item I received was fully printed and made of a very cheap quality material. AVOID this company at all costs! Also it seems there are a lot of positive fake/AI generated reviews left which should be ignored or removed.

I ordered a dress for my daughter for Easter one month before and I received it one week after Easter. Obviously, the dress will not fit her next year. They are stating that they are not accepting returns and that I would have to ship it to China at my own cost. If I knew this vendor was operating from China, I would have never ordered in the first place. Dress looks cheap, nothing like what they represent on their website. Very poor customer service. Terrible. Stay away. I will need to dispute the charge on my credit card.

I ordered Easter dresses exactly one month ago, thinking that would be plenty of time for them to arrive before Easter and they haven't arrived yet. I honestly don't think I'll receive them at all based on the reviews I've read. I most definitely should have read them before ordering, I just lost out on $80!

Scam! Dresses arrived but nothing like photos not embroidered at all just cheap and printed and horrible material! Do not get sucked in by the fake photos on the website

SCAM , better avoid these fraudsters , the images they have on their website is unlike or no where near to what they send you
