Clear instruction and knowledgeable instructor. The course was tailored for users and covered relevant topics.

Overall, very knowledgeable instructor and great content - if you've been exposed to miniTab prior to this course. I think it would be good to have a pre-req course on the basics, like a "MiniTab: Fundamentals" that focuses on navigating the software and it's functions and then transition to applying the statistical tools. Again, still very happy with the Essentials course and think the instructor did a great job - I understand the statistics but less so the software.

i dont like that i have to sign in everytime i use the SW - for the price one would expect a key
Also a more elaborate tutorial would be good

I learned data analysis techniques and methods that will save so much time compared to how I normally do things in Minitab. The instructor was easy to follow, waiting the perfect amount of time between clicks because knows we need to look at our own screen to copy him. What a pro.

subscription fee is inconvenient to pay and expensive in comparison with service.

First up, the software itself & the sales contact are 5 Star! So why a 1 Star, its the licensing & costs around my work which are expensive & not flexible, particularly fr short term work like training. Having just started as self employed, after 35 years of corporate licensing, I find the solutions offered to me are not practical or cost viable, especially vs alternate packages. I need to have Minitab for my work & I love using it, hence this is a bitter sweet review in my changed situation work wise.

its been a while since last time I used minitab, and I’m happy to see how much it has progressed since then, always innovating and making statistics fun

Good mix of high level concept and practical content

Very good simulation of a real use case with simple examples closing the loop from the beginning to the end, including the mimic of real-world scenarios to understand the complex systems.

I purchased it with the add-on for Research and Development Module for Minitab Statistical
Software. The add-on didnt arrive. I asked the company that manages the payments (cleverbridge) and they told me they couldnt help as they only manage the payments. I reached out to minitab who didnt respond at all. Terrible service. Actually zero service.

Casey Rogers was a good, clear instructor, who moved at the pace of our group and was receptive to our questions, both on content and on alternate approaches and/or applications.

As the license manager, the customer experience with the sales team was excellent. They provided all requested information, including links and dedicated information packages, and even extended their commitment beyond the standard.

We had a course given by Minitab which covered the basics of statistics and progressively got more in depth. The SQA and factorial design courses were a nice addition with realistic scenario's and data sets to show the capabilities of the software. We are planning on doing more courses in the future to expand our statistical knowledge company wide.
