I purchased 2 of Sophia wall mount, 12K BTU ductless, 115 Volt systems. Order MS#9267 & MS#9577. For shipping, if I could suggest, all items pack together on the wooden pallet and use Central freight if residential customer have car driveway. This was great experience! Great company with super customer services. Jenny and Andres are great! Minisplits4less is great. I recommend Minispllits4less!!
