defective or the product is not made properly. Impossible to fill them out (took me more than 10 minutes - I have others from another brand and they fill up rather quickly). They don't work. Tested one in a plant that needs water daily and after 3 days the globe was still completely full. Would not recommend
I have not received my order yet. It should have been delivered by 12 December. My tracking info has not been updated since the 4 December so I don't know where my package is. Disappointed 😞
Update: I’ve now received my order and the product is excellent. There was a long delay with delivery, which was frustrating at the time, but Minismus did respond and it may not have been entirely within their control. Now that the product has arrived, I’m very happy with the quality.

Thank you for your review. We completely understand how disappointing it is when a delivery takes longer than expected, especially when tracking updates are limited.
Normally, we do not ship to Greece. At your request, we made a one time exception so you could place your order. Under normal circumstances, the average delivery time to Greece with PostNL is around 9 days. Unfortunately, there is currently an issue with the local delivery partner in Greece, which is causing an additional delay of approximately 3 days. On top of that, the busy holiday period can also lead to further delays.
PostNL has published an official service alert regarding deliveries to Greece due to these issues. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control.
While the tracking has not been updated since 4 December, the parcel is still in transit within the local network. We are actively monitoring the shipment and will send you an update as soon as we receive new information on our side.

I made an online purchase and immediately emailed them to try to cancel it because I realized that the item in question wouldn’t work for what I needed. They replied by email saying that the shipment had already gone out, but that I could return it and they would refund my money. I sent the package back, and they told me they hadn’t received anything, so not only have they not refunded the amount of the purchase, but I also spent more money sending the package back in its original packaging. I find this situation absolutely disgraceful.

Unfortunately, once a package has left our warehouse, we are no longer able to cancel it. We then discussed by email that you could return the items once you received them. However, we have not received a return from you.
