Great selection. Would appreciate though, an estimated timeline for delivery. Also note that as a Canadian, most of us just speak English and therefore the language default for Canada should probably... See more

Not only do they have the cutest outfits but their customer service is fantastic. I had an issue with my sweatshirt design peeling & e-mailed it. They got back to me the very next day & are going to send a new shirt. I will definitely order from here again in the future....Jamie

Hello, I would suggest sharing the delivery timeline before the order confirmation. An expected date for instance. Like:
3 days for order processing
9-15 shipping
Only after checking out and paying I got the information on the above.

I ordered a shirt with text in French. I received my order and the shirt was fine enough - the material was soft, and the screen printed text was fine. The total price after shipping was a bit high, but I new that going in. After receiving the item, a family member of mine pointed out grammatical issues with the French text. I contacted Miniolie about a return and at this point I learned that I would have to pay to return it to China, which would cost $50+. They would now acknowledge the issue with the shirt. I understood the return policy going in but didn't realize I would be shipping all the way back to China. Given how easy most other companies make returns these days, I would recommend against purchasing anything from Miniolie given that you won't have any reasonable return options. You can likely find anything on their website from other vendors with more friendly policies.

Love several of the outfits. There is no etimated delivery provided so I do not know if the items will arrive in time for the gifting.

You should not be charging almost $10 for shipping. The percentage off doesn't even make sense.

Terrible company, did not deliver an order, accused me of incomplete delivery address (it wasn't) wouldnt give a refund after waiting nearly three months for delivery. Do not trust them!

Too many cute options for our new baby granddaughter! Also, extra nice there was a savings. Appreciate that! Did not give 5 stars because I didn't receive the items yet.

**Update package was finally delivered to the residence. Changed from 1 star to 3 star.
Clothes appear to be super cute but I guess we'll never know. It took forever to ship - the reason ended up being they were shipping directly from China. When they finally were out for delivery, the carrier refused to deliver to the address provided. They said it was incorrect but it's 100% correct. Just a normal residence. The residence does have a gate but there's a callbox or packages could be left next to the gate. They are refusing to deliver. I'd advise not to buy from them.

The clothes are so cute, but also so expensive. Babies go through sizes 0-24 months every 3 months. I would buy more clothes if the price point made sense.

The outfits are really cute, a wee bit pricey but good sales. I never give a 5 star, so you did well!

Toddler clothes with style. My granddaughter looks so adorable in these fashion forward but comfy clothes! Order early for special events or holidays as shipping takes awhile.

I placed an order with MiniOlie on 27 February. It was for a pair of dungerees as a present for my newborn granddaughter. Payment was taken immediately, but I received no order confirmation or delivery updates.
After chasing, almost a month later and asking for a refund, I was suddenly told the item was on its way and then that it had been “delivered”. It had not. We checked thoroughly with neighbours and around the property. There was no parcel. They live in an open plan converted barn with huge windows. No one came to the house that day, which is clearly visible from inside, and my daughter has a dog that reacts to anyone approaching. They were there all day with the newborn baby. There was also no signature, and no proof of delivery.
MiniOlie sent a photo of a parcel in a doorway which was clearly not my daughter’s. I sent them a photo of my daughter’s doorway to show them it had been delivered to the wrong place.
Despite this, MiniOlie refused to issue a refund. Instead, they offered to resend the item only if I paid an additional $20 shipping fee, which I declined. I have paid for goods that I have not received.
This was meant to be a gift to welcome a new baby, who was born on 25 February. It is now over a month later, and the situation remains unresolved.
Overall:
• No order confirmation
• No reliable delivery communication
• Incorrect delivery claim
• No proof of delivery
• Refund refused
• Asked to pay more money
This has been a very poor experience from start to finish. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
UPDATE: Seemingly helpful reply below. But it’s all part of what looks like a well orchestrated scam. I have also had an email saying they will send the product again without the surcharge if I take this review down.
I don’t want the product at this point, I want a refund. I don’t trust them to send again - I have now gone searching online and there are many, many other people with EXACTLY the same experience.
I have requested a chargeback and will be leaving this here so others don’t get conned.

I cancelled my order no. MO451396 next day of placing the order. It’s been a month now , I never got a confirmation regarding cancellation or refund.. nothing at all. Service is really poor.
