After chasing them for more than 2 months on facebook instagram and email, I finally received the products today!!!!! I still don’t believe it its been terrible even tho I love the quality of the product I wont take the risk with this company no more!! So guys I advise you to chase them like is no tomorrow

Terrible experience.
Shipping method I chose was 7 to 14 days with tracking. 2 weeks after placing the order they still did not ship it per the tracking. When writing to them they said it was sent and it could take up to a month.
A month past, I wrote to them again and they now say it can take up to 90 days!! - all while the tracking still says it wasn't shipped. They offered me some cheap discount but I had to purchase above a certain amount. Didn't even cross my mind to try order anything on their site again.
I requested a refund and they said they couldn't do that because the item is out of their hand. Behold, 2 days later the tracking said it was now shipped.
I placed the order on March 24th and I received it today May 13th 2020.
That was my experience. Very poor service and basically lying that the item was shipped during all this time. Once it was shipped it did take less than 14 days to arrive.

Still haven’t been emailed back when my item will arrive . If not I’m making a claim with paypal and getting my money back

This is a fraud site, and I have filed a police report agains them.

I have paid for my products, aswell as express delivery. Which was supposed to be faster 2-6 days instead of 7-10 days. After 8 days, Im told that I have to pay 12 usd more because they had miss calculated the shipping.

Now it has been more than 2 weeks. They have said that they will refund the money back to me in 1 MONTH. which I dont believe. If it was ever gonna come, it would not take 1 month.

this is the worst experience i have every had.. they took my money and then informed me that the item was out of stock and they would give me a store credit. over 2 months i said i do not want a store credit .. give me my money back.. they refused to return my money and at this point basically stole the money.. they are crooks and this is a scam

Pathetic website. I never received the product from 6 months and I have been raising tickets every couple of weeks and every time they ask me to wait 1-2 months ! Fake website having no intention of resolving the issue.

I ordered a PlayStation 4 controller it didn't arrive and they refused me a refund so i lost out on over £40 I would not recommend this company to any one

Ordered iPhone accessories at least three times. All items arrived as described. The only drawback was the time it took to arrive. Understandable given this is an overseas shipment but still the only drawback.

After purchasing one time, you will recieve 2-3 mails, every day, with no reaction when you unsubscribe...
It is impossible to stop all these mails...

DON´T GO THERE!!!

I made an order back in April - according to them it was shipped end of April. I never received what I purchased - and the promised refund has also not been made. Save yourself the trouble and leave their website.

In Danish: Lad være med at købe noget hos disse. Jeg tror de bevidst snyder kunder til at betale for varer de ikke shipper. Umuligt at få sine penge retur

I have never received the packet --which i ordered nov. 21.2014

The products were sent as described and at the time said.
I had a issue with an extra fee and they gave me back the money with no hesitation at all.
Very satisfied

the mouse is in superb condition . iwoul recomend to all other custamers keep up the good work
