I was lured into Mining Automatic's platform by promises of high returns and low fees. But what I got was a slew of hidden charges and barely any returns on my investment. The platform's dashboard is confusing and difficult to navigate, and when I try to track my earnings, I'm met with vague and contradictory information. Don't waste your time or money on Mining Automatic.

I've been trying to get answers from Mining Automatic about their mining operations and investment strategies, but they're evasive and secretive. They claim to have "state-of-the-art" mining equipment and "expert" traders, but when I ask for proof, they clam up. I've lost trust in this company and would advise others to steer clear.

I've experienced multiple security breaches and technical issues with Mining Automatic's platform. The website is slow and clunky, and when I try to access my account, I'm often met with error messages and downtime. I've lost count of how many times I've had to reset my password or verify my account. This platform is a security risk waiting to happen.

Mining Automatic's marketing materials promise the world, but the reality is far from it. They claim to offer "guaranteed" returns and "expert" guidance, but what they deliver is a subpar platform with mediocre results. I feel misled and deceived by this company's advertising, and I would warn others to be cautious.

The experience with Mining Automatic started strong and positive. They were attentive, quick to respond, and provided a lot of information in their biweekly payouts. And they were also quick to ask me for feedback, probably to make their service and support look better than it really is.

Today, I can’t get my Customer Support Manager to respond to my questions. He does the bare minimum in responding and it takes months for me to get replies to my questions - either because he doesn’t read them properly or he doesn’t care to follow thru.

The payouts have been almost nonexistent. They started with payments every two weeks, with returns of about 3%, but after about 4 payments, they said they had to move my servers and then only paid me 1% a month. Since then, my payouts have dropped to 0.25% (less then a year) and they fail to meet all their promised deadlines. When I ask for more information I get canned recordings from Zan, and promises of “soon”

Do not invest with this company. They give you the “white glove” treatment upfront so you feel good about investing with them, but then they stop caring or working with you. I fear about the next 4 years of my contract with them…

Be aware of these kind of platforms, they are just selling a dream that will never become a reality. The best thing to do is to just start your own business

Dont fall for this company. They will take your money and never give any payouts. All the positive reviews on their website and this website are by their associates or are fake. Check these positive reviews, you will see there are no details. I invested with this company for 8 months now. First I didnt receive first payout for months. When I invested they said I will start receiving my payouts after 4 weeks which is their standard time to order miners and install it. I started receiving my payouts after 4 months. And that is also after me badgering them asking where are my machines.After that, I have not received payouts as promised, they are way less in amount compared to what they mentioned during their presentation. Payouts are not biweekly, they always miss the payout date and then they make some excuse of why payout was not sent. Other than these there are windows in middle of all these where there are no payouts because of some maintenance or machines moving to new location. How are my machines moved within few months of installing, when rest of the people are received continuous payouts ? And why its taking more than 5 months to move the machines. Which is another excuse not to give payouts. They also make excuses of not sending payouts, like, thresholds, or wrong wallet address or high transaction fees. Dont invest with them, all the passive income solution is their publicity gimmick. I have lost the hope to get the money I invested back.

In short, They will take the money and you will not receive timely payouts. I dont understand how there are so many positive reviews but now when I read it I noticed they are quite generic and may be from their associates and do not provides real experience. Check other 1star reviews those are all same as my experience with Mining Automatic.

I havent had good experience with Mining Automatic. I read all the positive reviews and made a decision to invest with them but since then I have regretted every bit of my decision to invest with them. Multiple disappointments and they havent kept their words or what was noted in the contract. Following is whats everything wrong with them.
a. During introductory calls they mentioned 5% payout. Since, I have invested I have not received 5%/month, I got way less then that and no payments for last some months.
b. They promised biweekly payments. I have not received continuous payments and most of them are delayed for months. I receive payments once every few months and thats also after asking them continuously for 10-15 times.
c. When CSMs are asked for status of payments. First they keep checkinf status for days. Then, they just keep giving excuses for missed payments, delayed payments, no payments. No real answer but excuses like my BTC address is wrong. How its wrong you sent me the payment on same address last time?
d. They keep making excuses for no payouts at all. Such as 5 months just to install my machines after signing contract. 5 months to move my machine from 1 location to new. And now no payouts cause now their machines are broken for some reason. I must have hardly received 2 months of payouts in whole 2024 which are not timely either.

I am months behind on payouts.
They only offer excuses and lies. My CSM guy only gives me more and more reason as to why I haven’t been paid. I also have talked to other users of mining automatic and they too are delayed on payments.

Beware. They have not kept their word. All the negative reviews are real people. I am posting this review to help others who are considering investing with them and to help them make the right decision. Been with them since for a year and I haven't got paid the return promised most of the time. One excuse after the other. First they claimed there is a waiting period till the hardware was setup which they never disclosed. Then they claimed they are moving the servers. And eventually they stop making excuses but just promises everything will be resolved soon. Been till December now. I don't expect my money back but a bunch of investors are preparing a lawsuit.

Yes I did change my name because you still have my money and I do not want retaliatory action from you. And yes been contacting my CSM regularly but all I hear one broken promises after the other, and your never keep your word. I have to say what you wrote is beautiful and professional but far away from reality
