First I got a text saying is 4 weeks time okay for delivery? I said sure. They refunded my money back without asking me a few days later. Don’t post products on your website if you don’t have a stock for it. I will not shop from them again.

Didn't recieve my order and it has been over a month, they took my money and no one has returned my email to let me know if I will ever get it. There is no other way to contact them besides email.

I ordered an item according to it’s published description but was notified it was not available in a finish I didn’t want so I cancelled. Poorly edited or maintained website.

These corner covers are perfect. I bought them for my granddaughter and another set for friends for their pets. I will recommend them to everyone.

**UPDATED Review**
After leaving a 1-star review, the merchant reached out to me about replacing the broken litter box. The replacement was also sent in a thin, flimsy plastic sleeve, but this time the replacement litterbox had bubble wrap. Much to my surprise, just one layer of air cushioning mitigated shipping damage! I'm not sure other boxes would be so lucky, however. It is worth noting that the replacement litterbox was not a one-to-one replacement (it's a similar but different design.)

I very much appreciate the proactive steps taken by the merchant to make sure I was satisfied, and I am. The customer service department gets 5 stars, but the shipping department still leaves much to be desired.

Incredibly poor shipping practices - item arrived broken. Purchased a litter box (thin plastic) and it was shipped in a large envelope. Of course, it arrived broken! I don't expect to get my money back.

Unit was easy to put together, but drawers wouldn’t fit! Had to take the top off and place it back on loose. If I tightened the “screws” drawers would not fit. I have it in a place where the top is not accessible, so it’s okay.

I ordered the litter box with high sides. The product was as described. Unfortunately it was difficult to put it together, because it was delivered broke and didn’t line up well. If possible y’all should rethink how products are packaged.

Never received order. Got a fake tracking number. Reported to Better Business Bureau and credit card company

Low effort to protect item from damage in shipping. Came in with a simple plastic wrap around the product which allowed it to be crushed and rendered product useless. Reached out about resolving the issue but still haven’t gotten a sufficient response.

Only received 3 out of 7 of my items purchased. Ordered over a month ago?

Never received merchandise and it’s been over two weeks.
