I would avoid this company
Not good quality the tap extender broke when not 12months old poor quality.
Contacted company via email several times never received a reply

If I could put 0 stars that would be my option. I bought a kitchen water filter a few months ago, so expensive only to find out now that they dont have replacement filters and I can't find them anywhere. They suggested me to buy a new filter kit instead and just replace the whole thing !!!!! Unbelievable!!!!

I ordered and waited ages for dispatch. Finally I had to buy it elsewhere, emailed them twice and told them I had to purchase elsewhere and wanted a refund. They ignored that and then instead dispatched it. Absolutely do not order from them

Worse company ever . Takes ages for delivery and cheap stuff made out it’s quality

They try hard to make it seem like it's their product, but they simply drop ship from aliexpress. You can buy the same item there, or in any other marketplace app, for $5.

I have ordered two water filters from MineralStream on the 24 Oct and am still waiting to find out when the product will even be shipped. Whenever I email them I get an automated response saying they will get back to me. I have followed up over 4 times already with no progress. I would think very carefully about ordering from them.

I strongly warn against buying from Mineral Stream. This website is extremely deceptive. They list products at very high prices, claiming they are of high quality, but in reality, they are cheap items that arrive very slowly from China. The site does not respond to emails, and the entire experience feels like a scam. Totally unprofessional and unreliable — I would never recommend purchasing anything from this ghost website.

very long shipping 2 months. I ordered to Germany from a "German" site 25 euros were given, then I looked at Aliexpress, there it (all the same, instruction box, details) costs 4.90. I advise you to avoid this site and buy on eBay. I regret that I didn't do it. I wanted to save 5 euros on shipping but in fact I lost 20

Dropshipping scam.. products from china, when I realised I said I wanted to return it, I have to send it back to UK and pay for the shipping.. I though I was buying a product from denmark

Very disappointed. Not what I was expecting at all. No instructions in English, therefore very hard to install. Quality of the product is not very good. Rather pay the extra money for a reputable brand. I do not recommend the Advanced Faucet Water Filter.

Avoid like the plague!! Complete scam no product received and no refund. They apparently sent my shower head to an address I had never heard of, no idea where they got it as I certainly didn't give them it. I then got promised a replacement would be sent and received nothing. Customer services are now not responding. Complete fraudsters and will be flagging with bank etc

I ordered the on tap kitchen filter and what I got was a cheap knock off of the listed item, not Mineral Stream branded as shown on the website but a clearly Chinese imported product (branding and instructions all in Chinese) that was very poor quality. I had a problem from the get go with tracking the package which was fixed quickly so I was hopeful that this was legitimate but unfortunately it's clearly just another scam company advertising quality and delivering cheap unsuitable products.

Honestly I was terrified when I stumbled across the reviews for Mineral Steam after purchasing one of their hand held Shower heads (can't seem to find it on their website anymore).
After 6 days of no update from "Shipping information received by Australia Post", I was convinced I had fallen into the scam. However, to my surprise I did receive an update and 12 days later received my shower head.
I've just installed it which was super easy and have had one shower so far.
Perfect water pressure and does everything a shower head should but it's too early to comment on the impact of the filter.
I'm not 100% sold on this company and feel like I was just lucky compared to the majority of it's customers but maybe they could be turning around their business, who knows.

I would have given zero stars if possible.
I placed an order more than a week ago and have yet to receive even an email with an estimated delivery time or a way to track my order.
Despite not having the time to properly handle orders, they keep flooding my inbox with useless discount offers — as if anyone would feel encouraged to buy from them again after experiencing such poor service overall, and terrible customer support in particular.
Unfortunately, I hadn’t checked their awful reputation on Trustpilot before placing my order.

Customer service is, lets say not good at all. Bought shower head and hose. The hose is not universal one bit. Shower head was terrible, customer service got back in touch days later with return info. 2 weeks later not heard a word and no refund. I would avoid this company.

I feel bad that I didn't think of checking the reviews on this company before purchasing... I bought a shower head that took one week to arrive already with a scratch on the main button. It's made of a super cheap Chinese plastic. I've paid £35 for a product that is worthy £3. I've asked how I can return it to get a full refund and they responded that I have to pay the shipping fee and they'll only refund me after they have inspected the item!!!! Every UK company offers free returns.... they're clearly a scam. So disappointed! Whom can we reach out to to file a claim against them???

Pretty sure this is a scam. Ordered a wall shower head and a tap filter from their website, first red flag was when the product arrived and it was all Chinese packaging and instructions. Second red flag was that there was no way to install the tap filter, despite the fact that it was advertised to fit all taps. Shower head worked fine until I ordered a replacement filter and found that there is NO WAY of getting into the shower head to replace the filter. I tried everything. After emailing the 'company' to ask how to change the filter, I received very vague instructions that weren't applicable. Absolute waste of money. Avoid at all costs.

Pity we can’t give 0 stars. Waited a while for my 3 pack of hydrogen water bottles.
One was faulty.
Did not work like the others.sent them the requested pics and video. Asked for a return label. Still waiting .was told it’s gone to their refund and return dept. to date ,a month on,nothing …
It really is shitty that they pretended they were a nz company then I get the package from Hong Kong . Mislabeled with half the address missing, sat in the post shop for 2 weeks until they finally called me to identify what I was expecting from Hong Kong. I told them .nothing .
But when it arrived. It was from there.
Deceitful and yes as the other reviewers put it,they buy cheap from china and pretend it’s not.
Huge markup and huge scam for customers.pity I didn’t read these reviews before .

Cheap china products just shown as american brand..

You will feel like wasted in plastic products..
