It used to be my friends go-to server hosting site, but its worthless now. Definitely a cash grab, don't start a server here with friends because there's a 4 hour time limit for playing and minehut doesn't let you export your world without paying. this site is literally a trap designed to make you pay the stupid $10 fee to geet your world so you can leave it.

before the recent changes? this site was 5 stars. now? not only should you not bother, you should spread the word about how scammy it is so no one else is stuck shilling out the price to get your world backup.

Started off as a great hosting service, now everything is a cash grab scam, they are holding my bloody server hostage so I can't even switch, to download multiple files (not even folders) you need premium, and so I have to download EVERYTHING 1 by 1, the servers now have time limits (I assume 5 hours) and the connection is ... it's there

My server was stuck on saving mode and me and friends could not get on. Upon looking at forums I thought all hope was lost and we would have to start a new server. Fortunately, the team at minehut were able to fix the issue so we could continue our server. All within 24 hours of putting in a ticket! Great service!

I've been using Minehut for years, each time i decided to host server, it used to be easier to understand control panel in 2017-2019, when i hosted my own first server with and Luuke being an owner of MH but still, eventually you get it. Still one of best services you can use.

I bought a $15 rank then they decided to change policy to make THEM more money. Now it has no perks and my $15 was wasted. Do not buy anything with them.

Great hosting. You can get everything for free by voting, but I'm writing this review being very honest. Great community, great servers, great staff & players. No lag, free stuff on marketplace, accessible for everyone. Using since 2020 but cant change on trustpilot

They are a bunch of corrupt and greedy scammers. They would sell extremely expensive ranks (some costing well over 200 dollars) they claimed that the ranks would be permanent but one day they decided to make the ranks a monthly subscription. This would of been fine if they let people who payed for a rank keep there rank forever but instead they removed all of the paid ranks because they were so greedy making the ranks a subscription wasn't enough they had to steal hundreds of dollars from there customers too. After some backlash they gave a worthless rank that didnt even have nearly as many benefits as the ranks that people used to own (Some which costed hundreds of dollars.) I owned 2 accounts with a legend rank (Legend ranks cost over 200+ when they were claimed to be permanent) and one of the main reasons I bough it was because it was SUPPOSED to be PERMANENT. If it did not say that it would be permanent then I wouldn't of wasted hundreds of dollars on it. I also did not get any refund for the hundreds of dollars they stole from me because I bought the rank too long ago. Whatever you do, DO NOT GIVE ANY MONEY TO THESE SCAMMERS!

ive been using the free version to host my minecraft server for 5 months now, but now the server always crashes. it used to be fine but is becoming unusable

Joshua absolutely helped me through step of the way, even though I made huge silly mistakes. He didn’t give up helping me and really explained everything very well.

I was muted unjustly for saying "Minehut is bad because of all the new changes" by some helper or something, when I was just tryna speak about the rank update.

Also, i spent so much money on minehut lifetime ranks and had a lot of patrons just to get a 1% credit compensation when I only got to use the patrons for 1 month

The agent was kind and responded quickly.

I got muted for spamming because I typed in the skull emoji about 8 times.

If other players write "NOOOOOOOO" then that's okay or what?

I’ve played with a server for three years and it never failed and when it rarely did the support helped me and resolved my problems

i got banned forever just from joking that i was 4 yrs old in chat and whenever i apeal i get denied even tho i verified i was over the age of 13 when creating a minehut account

Bro the lobbies are broken and they still haven't given us a single update, free servers are also broken, you guys could at least give us updates.

If you're joining a minehut-server minehut tells you that they are very special because of there very good lag free server which you can access with "no annoying queues".

It would be great if this would be the case but it isnt.

Im running a paid server and since thursday or friday i need a minimum of 2-3 hours to reach my server because im in queue.

Me and my friends are working, and these 2-3 hourse per day waiting to play are the 2-3 hours we actually have to play anything.

So im paying minehut to get a lagfree, queue-free server and this is just not happening.

And in addition to that, i got the same problem as the reviewers before me. The Mail-support is something between "we are sorry" and just generic answers.

Even if this isnt enough. Today is some kind of maintenance, on their site they write you can check the socials on twitter but the last post is 10 day ago.

Seems like twitter is just used to post crap updates about ranks/skins and things you can make money with.

Originally before minehut updated, before the whole queue, and rank update i would've rated minehut a solid 3. but since there crappy update I would rate minehut a negative number if I could. Not only do their servers SUCK, and I mean SUCK. they crash 24/7 (even with paid servers) I fully recommend going to Bloom Hosting instead of paying 30$ a month for a paid server on minehut and then waiting an entire hour just to start your server. - also minehut don't even bother replying I don't wanna hear your dumb message about how you're so sorry. Your update is crap and it's made your hosting service even more crap than it used to be. I've been a user of minehut since, Nov 12 2019 and honestly, I'm disappointed in this hosting network. They used to actually care about making a fun free hosting service for players but now they are just money-hungry, that's basically all they want now. They don't give a damn about your experience anymore lmao.

I had a very strange problem on my server that they haven't really seen before and they helped me out and now everything works great!
