Genius business model.
I set up a subscription after an introductory offer. I didn’t really use it and forgot to cancel BUT later on I found that I couldn’t log-on to
My account so couldn’t cancel easily anyway.

Anyone considering joining on a whim, please consider your actions very carefully.

I admit I was wrong and should have pursued the matter earlier but as I had other things on my mind, such as my wife with advanced metastatic cancer, I didn’t pursue the issue with Mindtools for far too long - and I paid the price.

Over £200 later, I now gained access and was able to cancel my subscription.

The final insult was a pop-up box offering an ongoing half-price subscription.

As I say, it’s ultimately my fault. I should have insisted far earlier on getting access to my account so I could cancel. That’s the genius of this type of substitution model.

I hope they enjoy the money.

Relevant, up to date,and user-friendly. You make it easy to search for and distill the information that I am looking for.

I really enjoy using mindtools. I have made a lot of personal growth over the last few years. Mindtools has been a big part of my current success. I have used mindtools as part of my leadership program.

It's a great tool. the information is updated, and if you need help for any reason the customer service is fast.

Mind Tools is my "go to" to get information to assist with my personal strengths and weaknesses. The articles are informative, and I encouraged one of my colleagues to join Mind Tools and she loves it. Mind Tools is a continuous learning tool which I encourage every individual to have.

The app did not allow me to unsubscribe neither did repeated requests to the company verbally or in writing resolve the problem. Not a good experience.

mindtools.com is a useful resource of management tools. Saves looking things up in endless MBA textbooks!

It used to be great, lots of fresh content and bonus bundles. Now it seems stagnant as compared to other online learning platforms.

Thieves I write for months for people to cancel this subscription and they did nothing it was a complete waste of two years paying with no help or customer service. Company isn’t even in the U.S.

The app would not allow me to reset my password so I cannot log in and cancel the app. Been charged a year past what I wanted.
