He has been on board with my case for some time now and has been a catalyst in making progress and extremely helpful in navigating my current claim towards the final stages. I would recommend mindset care and their staff to anyone seeking upmost quality and punctual advice in their disability services.. keep up the good work.

I’ve been lucky enough to have Shaun walking me through this process as I go and I can’t be more thankful! He’s made this entire process so much easier for me and he’s explained everything step by step. He’s updated me throughout so that I’m not worried or confused as to where we’re at and that takes away so much anxiety. He’s been patient with me when it’s taken me time to get back to him and he’s always so polite, kind and understanding! If it wasn’t for Mindset, and specifically Shaun, I would have no doubt gotten overwhelmed and given up on this by now. Thank you so much for sticking this out with me!

I couldnt have done all this without my caseworker, Linda, from the mindset staff! Made this easier on me every step of the way! Great communication, very knowledgeable about the process and was able to answer all questions I had. Thanks again Linda and mindset!

Shanelle made this experience very helpful and made sure I understood what I was signing etc . She understood everything I was trying to explain in my application and answered every question or concerned I had . I cannot say thank you enough for the help and support she has been for me . I def recommend them .

This message to the Mindset Care Team and the Case Manager Tammy, who was assigned to my case to help me with all the hard work she went though to process my paper work, I really appricate with all the help/support, the Team is appricated, thank you all again.

He treated me with respect and kindness and did not hesitate to continue reminding me each time I cried, that if I got too overwhelmed or uncomfortable at any point in time, that he and the judge had no issues giving me a few moments to collect myself before continuing. I am very grateful for him, because he made me feel heard and understood. I highly recommend him as a lawyer.

Dwayne was thorough & straightforward. Able to navigate by-the-book guidelines, while asking as many questions as needed. Despite the long process, he was patient & diligent.

I can say it was a process but with mindset help I finally got approved after being denied twice. Irene is so sweet and nice and I thank her again for all the help.
