Regarding phone verification

Modmail saved the day after helpdesk failed
After finding the standard helpdesk route entirely redundant and unhelpful, reaching out to the r/mindrift Modmail was my absolute last resort for account reinstatement. Fortunately, the moderation team was able to step in where the primary customer service failed.
While I am grateful to the Reddit moderators for their assistance, the official helpdesk system urgently needs optimization to prevent users from having to seek alternative backchannels for basic support.

Denunciation of Exploitative Practices…
Warning: Mindrift platfotm Exploits Experts with 10-Year Ban
As a senior Graphic Design professor with 20+ years of academic experience, I tested Mindrift's two image-evaluation projects ($3 and $1.5 tasks) out of professional curiosity.
After hours of unpaid training and exams, I received a message stating my work was "low quality" and my access is suspended for 10 years until 2036.
I am certain many of their questions and so-called "correct answers" (Golden Tasks) are fundamentally wrong and lack visual logic. The platform is designed to use experts' free labor for hours and then block them to avoid payment.
I write this so other applicants do not waste their valuable time on this exploitative platform. The two email addresses provided by this platform are completely closed and bounced.

Account Ban
I deleted my first account because I could not get project feather. I tried creating again and it worked. I earned a bit then suddenly I got banned and the money was locked away. I sent appeal to the mods but no response only the defunct AI chatbot that doesn't know what it's doing. I deleted my new account finally I am out for good.

waste of time
the system is too slow...the training and exams are also very slow and mostly rejects the corret answer..i still trying for last three days but every training and exam they mention is fail..even if i follow every instruction but they said fail..and 40 to 50 pics training is just a waste of time and internet...even on some projects we wait for 24-48 hours for recieve verification code...really disappointed

Account suspended and under review for no good reason, that's a ban in disguise
Edit after reply: my ticket number as requested [1Z45WP-DGP6D], got it from the mail conversation report, don't know if it's actually it though.
Yesterday September 22 2026 at 16:00 my account got placed under review,no clear reason was given, i haven't partake in any role for the last months due to the lack of available jobs, so I don't understand how this is possible.
I came online to check what's going on and i realised they are known to do so and people never get their account back, it's injustice in the purest form, just because i'm a data bit on your backend doesn't mean you have the right to do whatever you like with it.
If you (mindrift) are going to reply, please don't give your generic reply, keep it to yourself if you can't face the reality of what you're doing to your own community of workers.

Tried this website for the first time but it appears that my phone is already registered in their system so I did not even manage to register. Also I was receiving links to verify my email address but after clicking them the email was still unverified in my profile.
I have written to support about a duplicating phone number, but it appears that I need to have a verified email address to view my request to support and I cannot verify the email. It is still unverified even after I get to the website using a link sent to me to activate my account.

Mindrift disabling accounts unjustly
Mindrift just disabled my account due to identity verification upon I have been working with them for 6 months and counting, and no update was even given to withdraw my money immediately before it was disabled I just thank God I withdrew my money yesterday before the incident happened this morning.
