Extremely poor

Extremely poor. I just needed someone to talk to, I was in a very bad state of mind. I finally got the courage to seek help by getting fooled by their online caring videos. I wanted to start my therapy journey asap but what they did is the worst. They will give you hope first, and when you’ll pay, they will leave you unattended. It’s the worst feeling of neglect and that too coming from someone who claim to be mental health professionals, they won’t respond to your texts on time, they are extremely unreliable, they’ll tell you before starting your therapy that you should have other assessments done and then will not give you timely appointments. You will be left alone in that hope but they don’t care at all. If you’ll ask them for accountability, they’ll tell you to go away and take back your money. Money is not important, mental health is and they being mental health professionals don’t know this much. They won’t show an inch of care in their responses or communication, it’s just business for them.
Please stay away from them, at least invest in someone who will give you time!

The Mindly app was very easy to use.

The Mindly app was very easy to use.
The videos on the psychologist's profile are very helpful in choosing a specialist online.
It's convenient that video calls can be made within the app itself. It also helps that reminders about sessions are sent.
It's easy to make a schedule that suits you.
You can write to a specialist in the chat.
I am very pleased with the interim results I have already achieved. I will continue to use Mindly.

Absolutely recommend Mindly!

I found my psychologist on the Mindly platform, and it has been an incredible experience ✨ My therapist creates a space where it feels easy, comfortable, and safe to open up and understand myself 💛 In addition to working through my requests, each session brings a cosy, supportive atmosphere, warm communication, and precious time for self-care.

I truly appreciate the professionalism - with every session, I gain new insights, inspiration, and a deeper understanding of myself.

The platform itself is also very convenient: it offers a wide choice of specialists, and you can easily connect at a time and place that suits you best.

I highly recommend Mindly 🌟
