Placed an order also thinking this was an Australian company. Order value was $47.97 with no postage charges. Got to check out only to find I’d been charged $111.59 which included additional product I didn’t order, $27.45 postage and $4.29 insurance. Immediately wrote to them canceling my order and requesting they not process the charges. Got no reply. The next day I got an email saying they had sent the order. Wrote a follow up email a week later no response. Still haven’t got a delivery but was charged the $111.59.
Edit. After sending another email I finally got a response, they said “wait until I get the product and then contact them”. When the product arrived and was damaged so I decided to open one of the very small containers and found what very much resembled a fabric softener both in smell and texture. I was very disappointed. I have not followed this up since. However the company are saying I have them mixed up for another company and Trustpilot are asking me to justify my review. I did not get the wrong company and I will no longer enter into further correspondence from anyone on this matter.

I placed an order thinking the same thing its from Australia so I placed an order for $61.97 when I checked my bank statement it showed they took out $89.38. When I message to enquire why that happened I got no respond at all and I'm still waiting on my product. I'm hoping it comes soon, in there add it said 3 day delivery it now the 28th February 2025 and I placed it on the 17th and got confirmed on the 20th. Let's see how long it will take or if I ever get it or a refund. Trust me I will never order on line again for the simple reason of this. Not happy at all. Also a bit off communication with the customer when they message you would be great as well.

The best way to unwind after a stressful day! The clay kit is easy to use and has so many possibilities of creating cute little sculptures. The kit contains brightly colored clay that is easily moldable to create anything your heart desires. I took my kit to the park and had an amazing time enjoying some fresh air while also being mindful about my mental wellbeing. I love this product!

Every part of this process was great, from interacting with the kindhearted team to getting the product. One of the only products I've found that helps me truly focus while I'm at work or calm down when I'm riled up.

I loved using the On-The-Go Art Set. It is perfect for people who love being outside! I was able to make some water color drawings while I was sitting outside. It also fits in my small purse which is super convenient.
