Dreadful company, same story as the rest of the reviews! Wrong amount taken from PayPal, waited weeks for them to arrive & received the wrong size! I can either send them back to China,at my expense! for a refund, or accept £5 to keep them! No distance selling customer rights from this company! Avoid this scamming Chinese company!!!!

Awful. SCAM. Avoid at all costs. Took more than order total from PayPal and delivered completely wrong size. Bras were terrible quality and wouldn't have offered any support even if they weren't 4 sizes too big. Company lied and said correct item sent. Offered £2 and later £5 to keep. Thank goodness I paid via PayPal. Still feeling like an idiot for risking it. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Loathed giving one star not even worth that. Most shapeless bra I’ve ever seen. Was very disappointed with item and was only offered £3 refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I wish I had read reviews before purchasing.

Wish there was a zero & wish I had looked at reviews before ordering. DO NOT purchase bras from this site. Took weeks to arrive & not sure who these are made to fit! Disgraceful

I ordered bras in my uk size. They took ages to arrive and when they did they are enormous. I am a size 10/12 and I was sent 4XL . I was told this is the equivalent to the bra size i ordered. They are unusable and I can't sent them back as the shipping will be more than they are worth. Very disappointed as they looked good. The customer service team have been good and responded quickly. I was offered GBP5 in compensation. Very disappointed and won't be buying via them again.

Very poor quality - do not recommend

Don’t buy this rubbish it arrives and it’s shoddily made and doesn’t fit definitely doesn’t match the adverts for these bras. I contacted them for a refund and was offered £4 I even offered to send them back but was told that it would be too expensive. I definitely wouldn’t buy from this company again. You think you’re getting a good product but please believe when I say that you won’t. Please save your money I wish I had. 🤬

Bought a Christmas painting book. Each page of the low quality book had a title from a Seaside book, so this was a complete waste of time. Offered £3 compensation. This is deceptive.

Wished I had seen the reviews first,something I always normally do!
Anyway first parcel did not arrive so I contacted them. Order was resent and what a load of rubbish!! Sent 3 4XL bras,bearing in mind I'm a size uk 10 in clothes...
Now trying for a refund. Luckily I paid with PayPal so hopefully they will sort it.

If I could give this company a 0.5 I would. They reply to e mails which is why I would give the 0.5.
Same experience as most people. I followed the sizing exactly as stated on their site. What arrived was too large for my chest size and woefully inadequate cup size.
Do not buy from this company. What you will receive will be nothing like you ordered, the advertising and sizing is completely inaccurate. They say I was sent the correct product so would not refund the full amount as they would need to deduct the shipping fee which would amount to a refund of £3. I would not accept this but you end up getting nowhere . I have now accepted £5 and I advised them that I would write a poor review.

Like everyone else, should have known better than to have been drawn into this shambles. Took weeks to arrive, Quality zero and useless bra’s. Insulting offer of £4 refund and to keep the items. Definitely a too good to be true experience and lesson learnt.

Deserves 0 stars. Ordered this bra which looked great online on 3rd August. Received what they claim to be a bra today. It’s laughable. I wish I could upload pictures. As others have said they took more money than they should’ve. The invoice was £13.98 and they took £17.48. I paid through PayPal which I don’t normally do so will try and claim this back. From previous reviews I don’t think it’s worth trying to contact the company.

I stupidly fell for one of the adverts (so annoyed at myself) and they take a higher amount from my bank account then what the product costs and now nothing has come. Have asked for money back 5 times and they just keep coming back with excuses. Avoid at all cost.

As all the reviews have said DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I only wish all these reviews had been here before I placed my order!!!! A 34G bra was ordered, a bra with no stretch that only just covered my nipples was received!!!!! Total rip off and like others have said took £5 more off my Apple Pay than the invoice said. I have emailed them, am waiting a reply. How can companies like this get away with supplying not fit for purpose items. Took 6 weeks to arrive too

I ordered end of July. The parcel arrived on 3rd September. What a shock. Total rubbish. Bras that DON'T FIT. Typical Chinese rubbish. No sign of returns policy. That went right out of the window. Disgusting company. Sub standard materials and no customer services. If I could give the company 0 points I would but they are not even worth that. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Absolutely disgusting customer service!! In fact I would go as far as to say they are nothing but theives! Falsely advertising good in order to steal peoples money!! How on earth do these people get away with it is beyond me! Selling items not fit for purpose & insulting you by offering £3 back!!! DO NOT TOUCH THEM is my advice!!!

I would have given this a zero if it had let me. I ordered a bra in a 38G/GG. They sent me a bra stating it is that size when in fact it is more like a 34C! It’s very poor quality also. The fact I payed £17.85 for it and it is of no use to me and they have said because the return postage will be high, they are willing to let me keep it and get a £3 refund ! How kind! So therefore I will have payed £14.85 for a bra that won’t go near me!
Do not buy from this rip off Chinese company!
I’ve had far better bras from Temu! For a fraction of the price and much better customer/ return service.
This company is a DISGRACE!

Dire!!! Steer clear at all costs. Complete rip off. Experience the same as all other reviewers. Poor quality product, not fit for purpose. I gave been offered £3 refund but if I want to return for full refund it is at my cost back to China. Do not buy anything from this company!!

Took money via Apple Pay that was more than order confirmation. Tantamount to theft and have reported to Apple Pay. Will contact my bank if I hear nothing from them. Charlatans.
