As a first-time solo dog owner, I adopted Xena a 7-month-old Greek rescue with no experience of a home, lead, children, or busy streets.

In the following weeks, he coached me on crate training, establishing routines and boundaries, car travel, walking near busy roads, socialising with people (including children) and dogs, and recall training.
Thanks to Phil, Xena is now a confident, well-behaved 2-year-old with no separation anxiety, good recall, and the ability to settle in busy environments like cafes, pubs, offices, and events. She travels across the country with me, gets along with all ages, and handles new situations with coping strategies Phil taught me.
