I am disappointed that Mindbody does…

I am disappointed that Mindbody does not offer a proper deposit option. For service-based businesses like mind, deposits are necessary to reduce no-shows and secure appointments. This limitation impacts revenue and operational efficiency. I hope this becomes a priority feature update.

Great technical support

The technical support at MindBody is excellent. Chad Coombes in particular has helped to iron out some issues for us and gave us some helpful tips to make our Lead generation work better for us. MindBody has excellent customer support in general compared to many other booking platforms - the AI bot solves about 90% of queries for us in seconds, and for the remaining 10% I always get a call back from an actual human being within a couple of hours. I can highly recommend MindBody.

There is no way that these good reviews…

There is no way that these good reviews are real. After being with Mindbody for 2.5 years I can categorically confirm that it is not compatible with running a Wellness business. I am now embattled to try and get my data... I am leaving because MINDBODY has ruined my business and now you want to hold onto my data and charge me £400 for it. Diabolical. If it were suitable we wouldn't be leaving.
