Every representative I spoke to has been absolutely wonderful!
We have a high volume of current clients and had to migrate all that information to Booker. The thought of doing that alone and also learning a whole new booking system is obviously stressful, but the team has been great and easy to work with.
Though the back-end is not the prettiest, all the automations and features Booker really make up for it lol

Good, but complex
Mel from onboarding has been very helpful. Yet, I feel quite overwhelmed by the amount of details. Life has not stopped while I am trying to get my head around it.

Training Feedback
I have started some training sessions on mindbody software with Pelayo. After a couple of weeks, I already feel more empowered to use the system and adjust it to my studio needs as we grow. The training is straightforward and tailored to address your concerns and questions which naturally arise as you develop your customer base and sales. The only regret was not starting it earlier while I struggled initially. 100% recommend!

Service, Solution & Customer Service with Eugenia Iori from Mindbody were a 10/10 so far.
She really did a great job in selling us Mindbody as a booking tool. Always open, authentic and friendly, she was always available, answered all our questions and was able to offer us a tailored contract that we are excited to sign with our new boutique gym that we are about to open.
