Wrong product & they want me to pay for return!
They want me to pay for return even though the product is different from the pictures on the web! I have emailed with the customer support (and tried calling the dutch number 10 times from sweden!!!) all I get is standard answers and different explenations. When the cost of return is 1/3 of the cost of the product I want a full refund, and not to have to pay for the return! Order #30266
Edit: I just got the answers from them below and it’s laughable! We have been in continuous communication since the delivery and they are not interested in helping us!

Return Costs and Late delivery
edit: as requested from min-lilla-sotnos I sent mail to info@min-lilla-sotnos which contains invoice and order details.
They want me to pay return delivery cost although I already paid the delivery costs while buying. Also product was delivered more than a month.

Take the negative reviews seriously
Please read all the reviews before ordering from this company. I made the mistake of ignoring the negative reviews and regret my decision. I ordered the Woods personalised puzzel on May 17th. My item arrived on June 9th. The item was not 100% accurate as the photos on the website. It was much smaller and the animal names were missing. Delivery was extremely delayed and customer service is useless. I received standard replies from someone named "Hannah". Also they fail to mention clearly that the item comes from China! Somehow I did not have to pay tull or moms but I know other customers that had to pay it.

My package took an entire month to…
My package took an entire month to arrive and was missing the biggest most expensive item. So my kids did not get it for Christmas.
It was wrapped in tape and thin plastic. All of the boxes were damaged and the pieces were falling out.
I would never recommend buying from this store.
