Did not receive my order and after two weeks I contacted them to inquire about my purchase.. thought I got ripped off or some delay..they responded to my email and corrected the problem immediately and went WAY beyond means necessary to make me feel better about my purchase ..you don’t experience that level of customer service often.. 100%

I ordered 250 g, worked perfectly for dye! The bark came very quickly with no issues.

I had a guy who started with the letter J, super great guy, always responded promptly and was very considerate.

**I mention this issue below because J did everything he could to help confirm it was sent, how it was sent, packaging, etc. And showed genuine care and helpfulness quickly and efficiently. I include this just to showcase that it's not a "you bought it and now out business/convo is complete" type business, but a thorough partnership from start to finish..

The issue I had was with the post office, they messed up and didn't deliver the package to the right place but it had nothing to do with this websites service. They sent it to the CORRECT address and did their part, USPS just dropped the ball and put it in someone else's apt box.

The product also came very quickly, it was sent and arrived within 2 days. I wish I could speak to the product itself but w/ the USPS issue, I'll have to wait and see if it is ever found and if so, I'll update the review!

*Update* product was as described, weighed perfectly and did nicely! The mail man also just delivered it into the apartment box underneath mine! Thanks for everything Josh!!
