NOT USE THIS FLORIST - THEY WILL CHARGE YOU AND THEN LET YOU DOWN
Absolutely atrocious experience. I ordered flowers to be sent for the anniversary of a bereavement, organised several days in advance. On the morning they were supposed to be delivered I received a message saying they couldn’t deliver them today and they would have it be delivered the next day. No offer to refund delivery costs or any kind of gesture to acknowledge how badly they let a customer down. It’s also very expensive so to treat a customer this badly is outrageous.
They made absolutely no effort to find a different florist either - just completely let me down on an important order.

I will only use this company to send flowers to my relatives overseas. I trust them to execute without any problems.
