First time buyer

Easy to use website, clear update emails received, parcel arrived in neat packaging with a littlle but much appreciated bonus gift, alongside what I had ordered.

Missing item from order

Millie’s seems more concerned with gifting influencers than fulfilling orders from paying customers.

I received an item missing from my order. Customer service ‘investigated’ and claimed it had been packed, despite providing no evidence or photos. I was then told it was probably taken by someone in my household, and the case was closed.

I’m now €27 out of pocket and very disappointed with how this has been handled. If this isn’t resolved, I will have no choice but to raise a dispute with my bank. I won’t be using Millie’s again.
