Ha - get what you're given

Item took ages to arrive. Not the colours I expected. When I politely emailed for an exchange - response was "these are selected at random in our warehouse and there is no guarantee which colour is going to be sent to you."
Basically - get what you're given and no mention of an exchange.
Went to another company and got exactly what I purchased

I am a brewer in a small rural pub…

I am a brewer in a small rural pub brewery and needed short, light, waterproof boots with easy velcro fastening.
Short Woof Boots are perfect for the job I do. After searching the internet I found that Millbry Hill had just what I needed, good value and despatched the boots quickly. Very pleased!
