While the machine itself works perfectly and delivers excellent water, the buying experience is incredibly frustrating. The customer service and filter ordering process are not worth the hassle. With dozens of creators selling this daily on TikTok, demand is huge, yet buyers are routinely left stranded with unusable machines due to constant filter shortages.
The Pros: What Works Well Flawless Machine: The actual filtration hardware does exactly what it is advertised to do. It looks sleek, operates smoothly, and consistently provides clean, great-tasting water.The Cons: Why It's Not Worth It Filter Unavailability: This is the ultimate dealbreaker. Despite constant hype on the TikTok Shop, replacement filters are almost impossible to purchase when you need them.Unusable Machine: Once your initial filter runs out, you are left with a useless appliance. The inability to secure ongoing replacement parts completely defeats the purpose of the device.

The machine was ordered and arrived. Worked well.....The problem starts when you need replacement filters. They are constantly out of stock and when they show in stock and you order they are not delivered for weeks and weeks. You need to chase them. Company still promote and sell the machines. But everyone else now stuck with machines they can not use. Company aware of machine sales and filter life spans. They should have stock.

I've been waiting about 6 months for replacement filters with no clear honest answer on when they will be back in stock stood if they ever will be back in stock. Reading the ton of Instagram comments from other people who have also been waiting months. I don't see this company being around much longer

I have had the watery machine since December. I would say it is one of the best things I have ever bought for the money. The water tastes so much better and I love the hot water functions. I have put seval friends onto this machine. BUT! I paid £99 for replacement filters on 16/06 and they still have not arrived. They say they are out of stock. There is nowhere else I can buy them from. The machine is no longer utilisable until I get the filters. The company have responded to my emails but they have not offered any sort of compensation. I will no longer be recommending this machine. I hope they receive stock soon as going back to drinking regular tap water after 6 months with the machine is gross

I bought the watery about a year ago.
Have been very happy until now, I went onto their website to order the filters and they wont deliver in my location, even thou I had the machine delivered to my address a year ago. What now? I am stuck with an expensive machine that is now useless without its filters!!!
No way to contact them either, I have messaged them through fb, waiting on reply not holding my breath!!!!

I am pleased with the watery machine But trying to replace the cartridges is a nightmare ordered 8th June 2026 still nothing so many excuses through email to them, disgusting after service and its 1st July 2026 still nothing at a cost of 99.00 this is a terrible experience as machine wont work until replaced buyer beware

Very slow and delayed. Has only helped with 1 of my issues and out of stock of the filter I need.

I should have listened to the negative reviews. I gave this company the benefit of the doubt, and I regret it.

I bought one of their water purification machines, but it never worked. Under their advertised 100-day money-back guarantee, I repeatedly asked for the return address, but they never provided it, leaving me no option but to file a court claim. To make matters worse, the machine also left permanent stains from its rubber base on my table that cannot be removed.

While preparing my claim, I found multiple unpaid claims against the company, including £257 (2 Oct 2025), £3,361 (30 Oct 2025), £269 (12 Jan 2026), £298 (4 Mar 2026), £907 (21 May 2026), and £534 (1 Jun 2026).

I'm now pursuing this more out of principle than the money. Based on my experience, I'd urge anyone considering buying from this company to be very careful, do their research, and read the reviews first. I wish I had.

I think the concept of this machine is excellent. The price is high but I thought it was worth it to reduce buying plastic water bottles. I love the instant hot water feature too. The machine was delivered quickly and packaged well. The problem comes when you try and order the replacement cartridges or descaler. My machine has been sitting useless, taking up counter space and forcing me to buy plastic bottled water for the last two months. The customer service have apologised each time I have complained but this does not rectify the situation. I haven’t received any offer of compensation. After recently checking the site to see if they were back in stock (customer service said they would contact me, again, they did not) I paid the £80 for delivery in 5-7 working days. It has been 14 working days and nothing, no email of apology, nothing. If I hadn’t made such an investment in this machine and hate the idea of the throw away society, I would take the machine to the recycling centre. If you are looking for a quality, reliable water filter, keep looking!

We’ve been waiting the best part of this year for replacement filters - paid for. I get polite comms from Erica and Mike but I’m unclear as to whether these are two personable ai agents or real humans.. sorry Érica & Mike if you’re real! We loved our watery, but so far it doesn’t look like this company has the infraestructura to support its product, so I’m getting ready to switch to a more reliable brand. I’m also looking into my consumer rights having invested in a product that relies on filters, which the company seems unable to provide.

Fast delivery and the machine is so easy to use I l8ve how quickly I can make a coffee in the morning as well as having clean filtered water daily best machine I have bought highly recommend folks great customer service

This company is disgusting, they sent me a machine that stopped working few months after I bought it I've sent over 10 emails and they keep replying with one excuse or the other refusing to replace the machine i bought last August and it has not worked since January almost one year of regret
Everyone should avoid buying their products and no replacement for filters you're left left with a pice of crap that doesn't work and no way to get your money back

The machine itself is fine, but the after-sales service has been disappointing. It took several weeks to receive replacement filters after placing my order. When replacement filters are essential to keeping the system running, this level of delay is frustrating. If I were purchasing a reverse osmosis system again, I would choose a supplier with a faster and more reliable filter delivery service.

The Watery company are a joke!!!!!!I have been waiting over 3 months for a replacement cartridge ALL I GET IS THAT THERE WAITING FOR A DELIVERY!!!!!! They can’t tell me when I think the company are having financial problems they can’t afford to buy cartridges!

The machine is easy to buy. But when you need to replace the filters. They never have stock. They take the funds and say within 5 to 7 working days and when you query it after this. Then they tell you they don't know when the stock will arrive.

I would think twice investing in such an expensive machine and you can never replace the filters

listen everyone dont buy anything there are scammers from romania they use fake bank details and logo of diff companies they usually sell fillters etc on amazon etc dont buy

I want to take this complaint to court. As you bought spent£300 buying machines but no filters. What kind of company who is not bothered to supply filters.

Ordered a Watery water filter then when I tried to order replacement filters they said out of stock and would be in stock again in a week,weeks turned into months yet still nothing so in between I asked for a refund then they could collect item,after repeatedly asking for a refund they now tell me I’m out of time to return,WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER,this company was crowd funded to start and obviously don’t care about customers at all,I’m now contacting Consumer Ombudsman,I’ve also kept all dated emails sent and received from this diabolical company who I’m sure will be out of business insiders a year,DONT DEAL OR PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY DONT CARE,I intend to leave feedback on every website possible as I’m disgusted with this behaviour,what’s the bet they respond to this feedback saying they’ll bend over backwards well to late,by the way if you look at other reviews they have been doing this much longer than my issue
