MILKRUN is the most pathetic service ever!!! Have been charged x3 seperate $19 transactions for items I have never received or even able to place as there was a system error with Apple Pay. They... See more

Blocked Account
Milkrun flagged and blocked my account and refused to remove the block. There was always items missing too which didn't help any may have affected it. They stubbornly refused to lift the ban. I tried to appeal this misunderstanding. It is distressing because it blocks me off Woolworths online too which I am only halfway through a 12 month delivery subscription. I work late and cannot always get to the supermarket. Very disappointing. Do not waste your time with this service. I would consider modifying my review if the unjust ban is removed immediately. Customer Service is useless.
I love Milk run Brisbane.
I love Milk run Brisbane.
They get the order at Woolworths right.
The GPS is awesome and they arrive on time. Bring it to my door also help's to carry the bag's in for me
I have a medical condition and lost my licence. Really appreciate Milk Run they are great and helpful.
FIRST2WO code is a scam
They sent us a text saying $20 off groceries use a code First2WO till 8/4 , don’t say for first time users , very misleading , code didn’t work and had to pay Full price and big overpriced.then after emailing them expressing my dissatisfaction and they said I had purchased from them before and only valid for fist time users. Very misleading, don’t care bout the money, the principle and felt I was tricked. Just thought a big organisation like Woolworths would get their advertising in total control n not start by misleading their customers.
If I could put -10 I would
If I could put -10 I would.
Whatever approximate time they give you, make sure you double it at least. Ordered already 3 times and gets worse and worse.

Absolutely the worse delivery service
Absolutely the worse delivery service. Waiting 1 and a half hours for my shopping. Placed order at 4pm tracking said arrival time will be 4.35pm never came. Spoke to Penny online and said she will organize for another driver to deliver my shopping this was done at 5pm, tracking said shopping to arrive at 5.30pm, checked again and changed from 5.30 to 5.50pm. So pissed off I got on the phone and went off at them for the no show of my shopping. It's now 5.48pm and shopping has finally shown up.

The driver gave me 1 of my items out of the 10 or so that i ordered, and tried to give me a bag of someone else’s stuff and gave all of my other food to someone else. he said he’d be back (obviously with my items but he was so rude the entire interaction, he didn’t say hi or sorry to me, he just said “i’ll be back” and smiled as if he found the situation funny and never returned! how thoughtless and stupid can you be? thankfully milkrun refunded me when i asked. i suggest you call rather than message their AI chat system waiting for them to direct you to a real person. just call and you’ll get your refund once you tell them what happened and what is missing.
Orders take too long to come
Orders take too long to come. Driver lodges the delivery at one time but it takes longer than that to actually get your order. Fine if you are not waiting for anything or don't have frozen things defrosting. They say it averages 34 mins. Mine took an hour and a half. Don't know what orders these are as mine are always late.
I received my first order today
I received my first order today. The website is easy to use. Delivery was fast absolutely loved it until I price woolworths and milk run prices they don't match. I bought sanitarium up and go 12 pack. Woolworths price $17.50 Milk run $19.25 that is a joke. Never again. App uninstalled

App is glitchy, notifications are turned on but the app doesn't notify of delivery.
This means if your ordering perishable items, your better off going to the store and getting it yourself.
My perishable were outside and now have spoiled.
Customer service advised there is no return policy in place for spoiled items.
$60 down the drain and I still have to go to the shops!
Customer support quick and responsive, but poorly trained frontline lets team down. …
Jaden and Sarah at customer support were onto it and quick to respond and act. The problem is at the frontline. Drivers obviously need more training. i.e. finish the job always, don't think a half baked delivery attempt is ok. lol. Transport Management have a role here. It is they who need to step up and train delivery personnel. Driver took goods back to store last week. No attempt at knocking or coming to door. er...whaaa? No. Tonight's delivery successful. Get to it MR.

Made order of $50 worth items and one item need id for pain relief.
The delivery guy didn't accept our id's and he took all our items back.
This is so wrong in so many levels I'm lost with words but say he could of just taken the pain relief off us and give the rest of items. They just lost a customer 😕
Hopefully be fixed Monday
Don't bother with this company
Don't bother with this company. Totally unreliable. Misleading info on app.
We are in Rototuna
We are in Rototuna, Hamilton, our deliveries regularly go to a street off our street with the same house number. We started using a PIN for the delivery and the situation dramatically changed and the service was great. The last 3 deliveries haven't arrived. We called Milkrun and they said it’s been delivered and the PIN entered. The delivery driver had recorded our PIN number and he was delivering it to the wrong address and fraudulently entering our PIN number saying it was delivered. We were refunded as the driver had not supplied photos of the delivered goods. I have checked and the Street has signs at each end clearly identifying the Street. The company’s integrity is now damaged, we will not use this service again.
Never again
I just got off the phone after 37 minutes, almost all of this on hold. Yet again, I had an item missing/not substituted that was critical for dinner. Yet again, I wasted further time calling to try and get a solution other than a refund (these take a few days BTW). At minute 23 I went to my local grocer, bought the critical item (cheaper than the milkrun equivalent) and was almost home when the person at the call centre informed me that they would 'try' to refund items that I never received. I have used this service around 3 times a week for over a year. When it works it's a really useful service, but the errors are increasing. The fresh produce is average at best, heaps of items (incl woolies brand bread) are never in stock, the promise of a great product is never worth the utter palaver when you have to work around the incomplete delivery and cook spag bol with no mince. Support your local!
Worst app ever
Worst app ever! Kept me holding on like my order was being delivered for almost 30 mins until the shop closed then cancelled my order. Would've been quicker to not be lazy and get it myself. Annoying when it's a bottle of red for a Sunday movie night in!! All they did was offer me a $10 off voucher yet their prices are $10 more than uber anyway 😅
The internets latest company that steals from you
I placed an order but forgot to change the address from my home address to my friends address nearby. The next day I emailed them to say I never received the alcohol and explained why. I was then told that the driver had spoken to me and he had seen me and took my ID and scanned it to release the product to me. None of which happened meaning they stole it. I asked to see the copy of my identification that was taken and I was told that it is immediately deleted meaning there’s no evidence or proof. Furthermore I also have a ring camera and it didn’t go off last night at all so nobody approaching my door and I had no missed calls or text messages or emails from the company..
I watched the tracking map as the…
I watched the tracking map as the driver drove across two suburbs obviously doing his own errands as I was first in the queue. I watched as they waited at what is a district bus stop then drove two suburbs away and would guess they were dropping someone off. Milkrun blamed the supplier. The supplier didn't employ the driver. Horrible support and customer care. And the beer was warm after its tour of the suburbs.
Wish I could give NO stars
Wish I could give NO stars. Have used Milkrun a few times and it used to be great but not anymore. Either not all the bags of groceries are picked up or the order just doesn't get picked up, even though when i call the Woolworths store (in this case, Marsden in Brisbane), I'm told the order has already been picked up, an hour ago!!! The interactive map shows the driver is at the store but just sitting there.
Checking we can give less than a star…
Checking we can give less than a star for review. First order - app showed that order was about to be delivered and then got cancelled for no reason, had to chat with AI and support person to have order delivered again. We got only few items from all the orders that we made.
We were provided with $10 voucher and a refund for missing items but it was very inconvenient, we chose this to save time but ended up wasting more time. Sad that I will never be using that voucher.
