Duplicate charge and no customer support.

I attempted to place an order on militarydepotusa.com for ECWCS Gen III Level 7 trousers.
During checkout, the site reported an address verification error. I tried again, received the same error, and did not receive any order confirmation.
Despite this, my card was charged twice. There is no clear customer support contact on the site, and at the time of writing the issue remains unresolved.
This was an international order (Japan), and the checkout process appears unreliable. I would advise caution, especially for overseas customers.
